pretty much everything. Property was falling apart from the roof to the floor, water dripping on head while checking in. Room very dirty, food left in fridge, sheets were filthy.  I paid extra money, compared to other local hotels for the hot tub and pool, which were absolutely disgusting and hot tub was out of order and unusable. 

The bed was super comfy, and the breakfast was good !

Had a hard time figuring out the tv and how to get the cable to work but I ended up figuring it out . Other than that no complaints

Property needs updating! There was a gap in the door (Room 121) that you could see light from the corridor. There was a leak in the hallway and you could smell the dampness.

The lobby was decent, hallways were dark, rooms smelled horrible, lamps were broke off and hanging by the wires. "King suite" was nothing more than adjoining rooms with bed in one room and couch in another. We left and did not stay. They refused to refund us...

The only thing I liked about the property was that it was close to the Pro Football Hall of Fame and other eateries.

The front desk people were rude as ever. There was a younger looking Indian guy who was very disrespectful. He accused me of pretending to be someone else when I was checking in and he just gave me an overall bad vibe. It was my anniversary weekend and it’s my boyfriend and I feel bad I took him to a low class dirty place. Not to mention the hotel room lock was broken when we got there. I immediately took a pic of it and showed it to the front desk people at checkout and he barely looked at it. He was utterly disgusting. I had to file a claim to get my 100 dollar deposit back because I didn’t see it as pending in my bank account. Front desk told me to be patient and I’ll get it back. I didn’t believe him for one second. That is not how you run a hotel. Maybe in his country, but not in America.
