Smaller but modern and comfortable and very clean room. Quiet. Steps away from airport terminal. Tasty food at restaurant and they kindly allowed me to check in early and check out late

Bed was uncomfortable. Shower is too small. Not worth it, unless you dont have transport from the airport to stay somewhere else.

Was nice stay .i had a seperior room booked but the room i was given wasnt that big but was a loverly stay.

Easy walk from Airport. Close to BB Print Stadium and sporting precinct.
Clean almost like new rooms.

Very quiet room with blackout blind.
Breakfast was very good.
Staff friendly and helpful.
We had a good view of the lights across the airport to town at night. Daytime view was the mountain ranges in background with airport car park and runway which was pleasant to sit at the desk and look out at the view.
Requires a second chair and free bottled water in the room.

Friendly staff who were welcoming and helpful. Right next to airport (which can be a positive or negative). Decent sized room and facilities were great for the price. Not a 5 star hotel of course, but very good overall. Clean, good beds, great location if you have a flight. Bar and restaurant was decent food. I would definitely stay here again.

We got into the motel at 9.30pm after a long day of travelling . Checked in and was given our room key. The room key we were given was for a room that already had someone staying in it!! We woke the other guests by trying to get into their room!!
Poor form checking 2 different parties into the same room!! Was well after 10pm by the time we got to a new room….

We arrived at 10:30pm to be told we couldn’t get a drink from the bar which is advertised to stay open until 11pm, the staff member didn’t offer us any alternative and was not friendly. The next morning for breakfast we arrived, no one greeted us so we found a table, as other people came they were serving themselves, we were very disappointed in the food, the eggs were over cooked, there were no fresh coffee cups and when my husband asked for one the staff member was annoyed and asked us for our room numbers to check us in for breakfast, however didn’t proceed to ask anyone else which made us feel like we inconvenienced her. They weren’t overly friendly and the customer experience was low.

Room was freezing - great air-con but way too low in advance. Room as expected with adequate facilities. Some ring marks on surfaces suggested cursory cleaning only, but overall fresh and pleasant.

Last minute booking for one night in Mackay because this hotel seemed to be one of the only ones with availability in the area that had a front desk agent that could check us in around 11pm. The room was very small and I kept finding hair on the bathroom counter. The shower design wasn’t too great as water seemed to get all over the floor. Overall, it was good value for what we got. We checked out very early the next morning and did not use any amenities or know if they had them. The location is right next to the airport so if you’re flying into or out of Mackay it’s a convenient location.

Excellent hotel! Very modern and comfortable.
The buffet breakfast was very average and not that interesting. But we had breakky from the normal menu and it was very good! Highly recommend the avocado toast with chickpeas!
We stayed here on a stop over travelling on a road trip from from far north Qld to Brisbane. Free parking very close is super handy!

While the hotel is convenient to the airport, I was given the room number 408 that was very noisy all night. The room must be adjacent to a boiler and some electrical equipment with loud clicks and bubbling water noises all night. I has a very bad night not happy Jan.

Bed support broken, kettle not clean, toilet and bathroom not clean, uncomfortable stay, dinner staff at turbulence restaurants are rude but the morning staff were nice and friendly big contrast to the evening staff

The toilet in my room still had feces up inside in it and had clearly never been cleaned with a brush, the toilet seat was sticky.
There was hair on the bathroom floor from previous room occupier.
The shower was slippery from grime on the floor due to not being cleaned in weeks.
The hotel was clearly being painted inside at the time of my stay although the carpets from the lift to my room were filthy and looked like they had not been vacuumed for months.

It was freezing. Air conditioner is not reversible so no heating at all.

24hr food wasn’t available which is the sole reason why we booked due to late arrival
Really not well equipped for what they advertise all over the hotel.
Really inconvenient place to stay as no food delivery is available to the hotel and the hotel doesn’t have operational kitchen to coincide with flight arrivals.
We felt really sorry for an elderly man that was rushed through his check in wasn’t asssited with anything related to check in, appeared really rude to him.

My room was ultra clean and ultra modern, the lady that checked me in was very friendly and polite. The premises itself was very clean and well presented. Will definitely stay there again :)
