Everything was stunning. The service was impeccable, they treated us like family and helped us anytime of day. The hotel itself was beautiful with delicious complimentary breakfast and a great dinner menu. Flowers blooming all around the grounds, blissfully hot showers, and a quick 10-15 min walk from the main square. We couldn’t have been happier, I’d live there if I had the chance. Thank you for everything!

It’s a quaint hotel with 4 buildings surrounded by a nice garden with flowers and birds. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond when there was a power outage in our building. They resolved the problem quickly and were so nice to provide us extra waters and a dinner at no charge. The hotel is just a 10 minute walk to the center of town and to the Fortress of Ollantaytambo ruins.

Lovely hotel in Ollantaytambo! Beautiful grounds around the hotel. So quiet and peaceful. 2 min walk from the train station and 10 min walk to the town square. Great breakfast. Great serice. They arranged a taxi to Cusco for us. Would definitely stay here again!

We really liked how close the hotel is to the train station so that when we returned from Macchu Picchu, we just had a short walk to the hotel. They stored our larger suitcases for us while we visited MP for a couple of days. The grounds are beautiful. The beds were fine and the shower was fine also. We appreciated the bottled water they provided in the room. We also thought the food at the restaurant was good and appreciated the convenience of being able to eat on site on our day of arrival. We also appreciated them helping us with our suitcases when we arrived.

A peaceful oasis in Ollantaytambo. Close to train station, 10 minute walk to town. People are lovely and the community is very welcoming. We would stay here again.

Very average rather tired hotel. Disappointing service

The hotel is located in the most beautiful spot; the grounds are stunning with beautiful gardens backing right up to Inka terraces. It's within walking distance (on very narrow sidewalks) to town and just a quick three minutes to the trains to Machu Picchu. The staff were wonderfully helpful and kind. The room was lovely. The restaurant was excellent. There was no down side to staying at the Pakaritampu!

The property was gorgeous, the staff were amazing and helpful, the rooms were very basic and cold despite a small heater. The breakfast was 6/10. Nice overall place to stay just stating the downsides :)

Beautiful hotel in a charming little town

Hotel Pakaritampu is a hidden gem, literally. Behind the stone wall you see on the street is this beautiful, quiet oasis. My husband and I were only there for 1 night and wish we had more time to enjoy the property. Highly recommended!

Great svc , clean rooms , outstansing customer service

I booked a bedroom with 3 beds for my children and myself . We arrived around 5:30 pm. When my son went to bed , he noticed there was sand on the sheets, a lot. I called the front desk and someone came and put new sheets. It was about 11 pm. About half hour later, my daughter and I opened our beds and I found a sock, which was not mine, on the bed. My daughter found a dead bug on her bed as well. We went to the front desk , in our pjs and brought the other guest’s sock snd a picture of the dead bug. The clerk came back to our room and gave us fresh sheets. It was almost midnight so we couldn’t go to another hotel. When we were having breakfast next day at 5:45 am , the manager came to me and apologized . She offered me 200 soles for the inconvenience . I told her I was not taking 200 soles . This is a very expensive hotel in the area . The night was 720 soles . She said they could give me 50 percent . I told her I was coming back in the afternoon and wanted the credit back on my card . As I was walking out, she came to me and handed me an envelope stating thanks for your understanding and 350 soles. The whole experience was horrible . We couldn’t fall asleep thinking that the room was filted. Under the beds , there were spider webs and dust. We chose the hotel for the convenience to the train station . We had to take a train at 6:10 am. The experience was very unpleasant. I don’t see myself booking this hotel in the future . Terrible !

Excellent service and very nice property

Very pleasant property. Hummingbirds outside your window in the morning. Very close to the train station, short walk into town.

Geeat location to Inca ruins and to the train station that goes to Machu Picchi. Hotel does not have heat in our room. They did bring us a space heater that helped warm the room.

Friendly, green open spaces. Tired but spacious rooms. Floors creaked a lot and a nail ripped a sock. No tea/ coffee facilities. Close to station. 10 min walk to main centre. Breakfast ok. Expensive for what you get. Expensive dining in house.

The staff was extremely helpful and even sent a car to pick us up at the airport in Cusco! Good location and one of the nicer hotels in town.

Hotel was a little pricey, but loved the room, the grounds, and the service. Easy access to the train station, booked a private car though the hotel that was easy and safe. Definitely recommend.
