My room was comfortable, clean and quiet.
My breakfast was delicious and served hot.The service was helpful and friendly. The location over looking the park and river, was relaxing and beautiful.

Enjoyed a girl's day and night out and stayed here. It is beautifully decorated and welcoming. The room was pretty, and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was amazing. Jessica was amazing. We plan on returning.

What a lovely place! The large room and bathroom, the beautifully curated main room and art work, the location right on the lake , the views of the lake and park, proximity to the town, the outdoor patio and front porch, the wonderful breakfast, and the service! Emily was a very helpful and pleasant hostess. I look forward to making the trip again!

We enjoyed a lovely and relaxing couples trip here. The host was extremely attentive and helpful. They have everything you need there and more. A wonderful breakfast is served in the morning as well. I will definitely return for another stay!

Lovely place in a great location. Nice outdoor area for relaxing. Breakfast is served quite early. We opted to sleep in and grab coffee at a local cafe.

This was my second stay at The Old Bank House. This is a gorgeous heritage house with nicely appointed rooms that are well maintained by kind and caring staff. The breakfast is delicious with several choices. There are multiple spots to relax both indoors and out with a lovely patio overlooking the water. The location is convenient with a short walk to the Old Towne shops and restaurants with easy access to all Shaw Festival Theatres. Definitely my go-to place to stay in Niagara-on-the-Lake, having stayed at several places in the town over the years.

Lovely house and comfortable room. The breakfast was delicious, particularly their tomatoes!
Excellent service by the staff and very attentive. Just wish they kept the temperature in the house a little lower as the room was pretty steamy.
P.S. the house might be haunted because a painting fell off the wall in the middle of the night! Fun!

The Old Bank House is a phenomenonal location within minutes of everything on Niagara on the Lake. Laurie is an absolute treasure, professional, accomdating, in-touch with all the guests needs. We'll definitely come back to visit and will recommend this property and Laurie to all of our friends and family.

Our first stay here and definitely not our last. The assistant Manager was wonderful and so helpful. The ambiance around the house was amazing. The owners collection of vintage cameras and other artifacts made the whole experience so unique. Our breakfast was yummy, hot and delicious. The only downfall was the bedroom was a little warm at night, a fan would have been useful.

Lovely stay. Perfect location by the lake. Breakfast was delicious.. a comfortable bed and breakfast where the staff just let you be but were there when you needed them. Bed was a little stiff and creaky so not the coziest sleep but the room was great. And they gave a sweet gift for my birthday!
