Not in the greatest area, but not scary, just a long ride to sites, etc. Technically not in central Paris, which means you'll pay (higher) meter rate from CDG, not set taxi rate. Rooms a bit spartan, but impeccably clean and good efficient housekeeping, including if you don't leave your room until later in the day.

Its a solid place to stay if you are looking for a clean, cheap place to stay for a night or two. The neighborhood that surrounds the property is not very good and i wouldnt recommend walking around the area at night. Order take out and stay in. The staff are super helpful and the lobby is a great place to relax and hangout in.

Stayed in this hotel for three nights. small room with no much space to move, budget hotel but not very much budget price.

This was my first visit to a B&B chain of hotels in Paris. Unfortunately, the room is not at all like they display in the pictures. The room did not have a single piece of amenity. No kettle for hot water, no pouches for tea/coffee, no dustbin in the room, or basic toiletries provided such as a hand soap. The bathroom sink was getting clogged and the water started leaking from the bottom of the sink making the bathroom floor dirty. The room service was not done for a long time after we made the complaint, and we had to live with the problem for quite some time. The breakfast was extremely basic and there was no toaster for a basic meal of bread & butter. We had to eat cold bread and that caused digestion issues giving us trouble for the rest of the day. There was no warm food available for vegetarians. It is unfortunate that the hotel staff has did not consider vegetarians at all. The staff in the breakfast area didn’t seem to care to get new food items when the supplies went low. There wasn’t any phone provided in the room to call reception and every time we went to the reception to make a compliant, the staff was not at all welcoming. They just asked us to wait for an undefined period of time and did not seem to care about the discomfort that their guests were going through. One should visit this hotel only if they have very low expectations from the service that they might get.

A/C didn’t work properly. Room has no toiletries. Vending machine didn’t work. Staff speak barely any English

The hotel was as advertised. Pretty good for a 2 stars.One of the only things that we would've liked to have is a small fridge to preserve our food.

Not happy with the service at the hotel, the room was extremely dusty, beds uncomfortable and the personnel not helpful. The only plus side was a good metro connection.

The staff were wonderful and were a great help throughout our stay. We/I will definitely return to this property in the future.

Perfect for a short stay but not recommended for longer.The parking was easy and well priced.We stayed here to avoid the need for the car to be registered for Paris emissions and that worked well.Close to the metro and a very good price.

Hotel was good for the price. Rooms were small but clean.Staff was very courteous and helpful, especially Ms Ghelia, at the reception. Starting point of my bus had changed at the last moment and she immediately helped in finding out the new location and quickly arranged a transport for me. Without her prompt help I would have missed my bus.Location: market and restaurants nearby. Slightly far from main Paris tourist attractions but Public transport, Tram, metro, bus stop nearby at a walking distance. I would recommend to stay considering the price, cleanliness and most importantly the courteous & helpful staff.

My wedding ring was stolen from my room and like 60 Euros, and I was 100 percent sure that it was in my room before we went to breakfast, ask to speak to a manager, no manager on duty at that time, ask to see the cameras, they say no. Call during the next week, no answers.

The towels are really small and they don’t provide extra pillows and towels. Rooms are clean and quiet Breakfast is great.
