Friendly staff, well organised. large rooms and close to all the action in Maastricht. If you want to be in the middle of it all this is a great place to stay.

Checkin and checkout were very quick and easy. The lady who there upon arrival and departure was very nice and friendly (always added bonus). The room had a great view of the vrijthof square and the room was spotless, looked very new and the air conditioning worked perfectly. It was one of the hottest days this year so we wouldn’t have gotten such a good sleep without it. Location like other reviews have stated is my mind the best. Short walks to any part of the Center and to the Wijk side. Lastly everyone working at the hotel were friendly and helpful. This together with a beautiful hotel in a great location at a decent price I would suggest a must place to stay in Maastricht.

A boutique style hotel. Modern, comfortable and clean.It is a small hotel very tastefully decorated. Although my room was in the annex building it was great, spacious with a big bathroom. Loved my stay and when in Maastricht again, I will definitely be back

Very good hotel with spacious well-equipped and recently refurbished room in an excellent location with a lovely street café vibe. Very pleasant staff and a good breakfast (as usual in the Netherlands it is not included in the price). There are many great restaurants and bars as well as upmarket boutiques and shops within a few minutes’ walk. I would happily stay in this hotel again and have no hesitation in recommending it. There are a few minor design flaws in the room fit-out in my opinion: (1) the electrical light - lux - levels are very low, especially over the bathroom mirror which makes it difficult to apply make-up or shave; (2) there is no plug in the bathroom sink which is quite wasteful as one cannot fill the basin for instance when washing one’s face as one has to keep the water running; (3) there are only open shelves in the wardrobe, no drawers, which is a drawback as it is messy for unpacking socks, underwear etc. However, these small things and did not take away from the fact that it is a very good hotel and we had a very pleasant stay.

A small quirky hotel in the centre of Maastricht close to everything , great friendly staff and large comfortable rooms .

We just spent twelve days in Europe and Maastricht was our favorite city we visited. The hotel location is perfect and there is parking right around the corner because you do not need your car once you are there.

Room was very nice and well-designed. Although there is a restaurant at the lobby, I don't think it can cater to all types of guests' meal needs.

Great location and welcoming staff. Spacious room with comfortable bed and big private bathroom. Quiet and safe. Easy parking nearby. Great location for walking to explore the city.

The location is excellent. Air flows from air conditioner straight at you while in bed. It is uncomfortable.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful espechialy the lady at reception who helped us with a problem we had.

Stay was amazing, great location, staff very friendly and extreamly helpful. “Welcome drink” was a great addition. Breakfast was also very good with the option of tweaking options offered. Rooms were very clean and comfy with great decor. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to friends and family. 10/10

The hotel was in a wonderful central location- right on one of the charming squares next to shops and restraints. The room and bathroom was quite large (for Holland) and the bed was very comfortable. The service was attentive and helpful at getting cabs and directions. I’d stay there again - funky charm was welcome after years staying at the more clinical hotels near the mecc- which was less than 10 min away

We had a lovely stay in this central hotel.We asked for a room with a view and had one overlooking square.Lovely room but little noisy from people outside enjoying themselves.Car park just round corner but not handy stopping outside hotel to take luggage in as you are not allowed to park there.

The hotel is in a great location and rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff often share duties with the restaurant in the front of the hotel, so you usually have to ring them to get their attention. Room #1 is lovely, but next to reception and you can hear every noise in the vestibule and courtyard. I would stay again, just not in that room.
