Grotty little place, room was a cell with no windows, front desk staff did not speak or understand English.

No pool, internet was spotty

Not a good location. Too much noise, insects in the room, shower and faucet not flushing property, a d no internet access.

Upon arrival, the staff at the front desk and guard were very helpful especially with my heavy luggages. I was assigned Room 201, and found out later that the room phone did not work. I had to go downstairs to order dinner which was brought to my room in a timely manner. Food was not bad. The room seemed clean. I could not sleep because I could hear other guests in the hallway and the traffic noise outside was really bad. I dozed off but woke up at around 2am and saw a bug crawl under the bed. I also had a couple of bites on my right cheek, right arm and right thigh. I immediately packed up everything. Fortunately, the cleaning lady was outside my room and she called the guard to help me with my luggages. Front desk called for a GRAB service and I was off to the airport at 4am even if my flight was not til 10am. I could not get out of there fast enough!

No hot water on shower and no breakfast

Before visiting there, I asked them to pick me up at the airport, but no reply. The first day, there was no hot water.

Convenient to airport. Just too much noise from hallway and light bleeding in around the door. Only luke warm water for first shower and then cold for second person.

Free breakfast included. Food was freshly prepared at the small restaurant next door. Located very close to the airport. SM mall within walking distance. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

I liked the airport transportation. The hotel served its purpose for a one night stay

Airport pickup was nice. Property had cockroaches in restroom.

We killed a few bugs in the middle of the night which we did not expect to do.

Our stay was good. Just enough room, hot shower, thick blanket and love the light canceling curtains that helps us to sleep in longer. Breakfast is sufficient. Close enough to the airport.

Ok for the money

The photos are very misleading, the property is very rundown, the Photos of room are not what I was given and grossly misrepresented, the food although inexpensive was terrible in both quality and quantity. Roaches or some other insect kept darting in and out from the refrigerator

I believe the room rates for this property expensive and I am not happy staying here. I don’t feel safe in the area and it is so hard to find the place.

We really enjoyed our stay because the staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good as well.

The price was cheap and located about a 10 min. drive from the airport in Manila. The staff was helpful arranging transport, assisting in printing documents. The free shuttle only operated from 6am to 6pm. So that did not help us for our evening flight. Secondly the Wifi was so weak we could not use it in our room, we had to go to the lobby to get service. Thirdly, there was no elevator.

Rooms are small but it is close to the airport.

I stay at this property every year. It’s central and convenient to and from the Manila airport. I’ve stayed there 6 times. Michael from California.
