Will not stay there again. Staff was rude and didn't help us at all. We were supposed to have a luxury room with king bed and when we got there the lady at desk tried to give us a room with a queen bed

When we arrived we were told the cabin we'd reserved wasn't available--it had been our choice specifically for its kitchenette facilities which were essential to us. When alternate arrangements were still problematic the manager interceded and graciously gave us a substantial free upgrade to accommodations that more than met our needs. It's very refreshing to deal with a place that puts customer satisfaction first. The hotel was spotless; every aspect seemed designed to excel in standards of quality and comfort. What a wonderful place. We would certainly stay here again when visiting the area.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. Love being greeted with happy staff like Erica, Shay and Joanna. They even bake delicious brownies for you At check in and in coffee area, fresh cookies. Breakfast is good with a varied menu that includes fresh fruit. Housekeeping is on top of making rooms nice and clean.
There’s a new restaurant next door H&M that is good. A little pricey but nice size portions.
The hotel is a good location to visit the North Unit, New Town and Fort Union. I spent four nights. Highly recommend!

First time staying in the area. It was okay but, the info on Watford claims numerous dining establishments, don't know where! The cabin was clean, neat. The mattress on queen bed needed replacing and although bedding was clean it needed replacement. Staff were friendly. Overall, OK experience.

Front desk staff service was not good! We spent three days trying to buy a tshirt from them. They had to “get it from the warehouse.” They kept promising to get it - we left without it. after three days of promises!Frustrating!
The lock on my door was broken. The maintenance man repaired it quickly and well.

A hotel filled with Roosevelt memories! Easy access to Main Street and about 15 miles from the North Unit of TRNP. A fun stay and nice breakfast!

Stayed in the cabins. The inside was adorable and very convenient but the steps outside were downright dangerous due to being broken. Cabin 214. AC was loud but it didn't bother us. We were not aware that none of the hotel amenities were available to us because we were out in the cabins, so that was frustrating. So no breakfast or pool etc. Without additional fees. Desk staff was very nice. We stayed 2 nights. Lots of oil and gas workers staying here, but it was super quiet.

We stayed in a cabin and it was very clean and rustic. We really liked it. Bed was comfy but pillows were a bit flat. Because we stayed in the cabin, we did not receive the free breakfast.

Our visit was wonderful! The only problem we had was the first night was that the A/C unit did not work. However they were able to get us a different room for the second night.
The pool and hot tub was wonderful and clean; the breakfast was delicious and everyone was so friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

We stay at this hotel each time we visit family in Watford City. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is fantastic, and they have a specialty meal each day of the week with all the other things that are at other hotel/motels.

Loved the hospitality, cookies, brownies, coffee and water, all complimentary. Most hotels aren’t as generous. One of the front employees not t friendly but the second one was amazing, made up for the one that wasn’t. Be nice if pool opened earlier.
