Breakfast was dreadful .toaster broke down,not enough seats, so refill of food felt hungry when we left

Hotel is very nice, newer design and rooms with views of the river right next to it. Located across the river from the Guggenheim. Easy walk to the Plaza Nuevo for pintxos bar hopping. It’s two blocks away from the Funicular to view the city of Bilbao, this area is not high end but the restaurants and bars are inexpensive.

Just a one night stay on a tour of Spain on a motorbike.Really nice hotel and if you stay go for a sea view room. They also have an underground car park.

This property was very nice, comfortable, and clean. Enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They greeted us and made recommendations on what areas to tour. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely position next to the beach. Very comfortable room with balcony. Excellent choices for breakfast. The main town is across the river, a nice walk over the bridge. Highly recommended!

After finishing Camino de Santiago, i embarked on trip to Asturias, Cantabria and the Basque Country. This was the best hotel I stayed on. The room with the beautiful view, very comfortable bed, food and last but not least the hotel reception area personnel, Eva, Gonzalo and Andrea were totally awesome!! Helped me with directions, restaurants, sightseeing tips, etc. Looking forward to go back!!

We love this hotel have stayed several times previously over 10 years ago and its still great. The rooms are beautiful with stunning views. The outside pool is lovely.Only slight downside the breakfast was downstairs with no views of the bay and all the cereals had sugar content!

Fantastic, loved the hotel,. We were in the old wing, like staying in a country house, woord panelling, high ceilings, really characterfiul. Great location next to the beach. Staff attitude was great, helpful and friendly.

Great location and pool but the rooms need updating. Fabulous free breakfast and it’s in a great location for getting to the beach or town but the hotel needs a bit of renovation overall.

In a beautiful location, near a lovely little town where people were really friendly and helpful. Lovely spa, though at an additional cost. Restaurant in the hotel is good, but if staying more than one night definitely worth storing the local businesses by eating there as well.

The hotel was a very romantic place to be with our 4th floor room overlooking the beach and promenade. The staff was very helpful and warm. We requested some last minute laundry to be done and they returned it clean and folded to our room by 5pm that day!

Hotel was a stopover on the way to Santiago de Compostela from San Sebastián. Hotel was fine. Lively swimming pool. However we had an incredible dinner at Arbidel. Best on our trip.
