A nice hotel. There is plentiful parking, and it is within walking distance of the historic district. It is not, I would say, in the best area. And I'm not sure if I would want to be walking about at night. But the property was very nice.

The hotel is nice and clean, walking distance from most of the local attractions. There was no complimentary water provided in the room. The room service came in even though the no service request was hung on the door knob. The front desk didn't give any satisfactory reply upon inquiry.

Happy with my stay overall, although a bit pricey for what it really is especially when you add 15 Euros a day for parking. Hotel is an easy 20 min walk to the main area, there is a metro station across the road but wasn’t needed. Good breakfast selection, although the thimble like glasses for the drinks were rather irritating. Would stay again recommended.

We enjoyed our stay here. We booked a junior suite because we were here for 7 nights - the extra space made it very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were really good, and we ate in the hotel restaurant twice - lovely food and good value (discount for hotel guests).
The hotel is right next to the metro, which is modern and a bonus for travel in the eastern half of Porto (good luck with the buses in the western half). The 3-day "tourist" travelcard is great value but can't be bought everywhere (nearest is Trindade station).
We loved the local restaurant Nova Era - mainly locals, really friendly - recommended.

Nice area with goog cafes around and very safe. Staff was great.

One of the worst. AC didn't work in one of the rooms and the staff couldn't do anything. The hotel controls temperatures remotely from their reception desk or whatever; the hotel keeps it very hot at night. There are abandoned buildings right in front of the hotel building with broken windows and doors (they don't show it in pics of course) Felt unsafe and remote from the city center.
Absolutely not recommend.

Everyone was so very nice and helpful. My friends and I had a great time and comfortable stay. Special thanks to Bea/front desk and both the dining room and bar staff. Will definitely return again

Hotel was very good. Great staff and breakfast. The surrounding area is a bit below average but we never felt unsafe. Two good restaurants across the road. Handy to Campanha railway station which was what we wanted

Just came up to Porto for an overnight stay and chose Eurostars Heroismo mainly due to its relative proxity to the train station. We couldn't have been more pleased with our choice! The rooms are super comfortable and quiet, the bed and shower are to die for and the staff has been so lovely and accomodating. We will absolutely return to this hotel the next time we're in Porto.

The staff were as helpful as you are going to find anywhere. They went out of their way to help and assist. The hotel is in very good condition, breakfast great and the hotel very conveniently located.

The location of this property was within walking distance of most things I wanted to see. The restaurant and bar in the hotel were mostly empty in the evenings. I ate at the bar 1 time - food was ok and the drink was basic but good. The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable. The most important thing I want to highlight is the parking garage entrance is right next to the front door - it was easy to find and access. Lots of spaces, clean and an attendant on duty every time I went to my car. My car stayed parked until I was ready to leave Porto.

Room size was adequate for our family of 3, linens were clean, room was clean, adequate closet size. Location was a bit further from city center but there was good parking and quiet at night. The breakfast buffet was convenient and had a good selection of food. The lobby was an inviting space and had adequate seating while we were waiting for our Uber rides.

Great choice for a visit of the city Centre of Porto. Great parking area, close to a metro station. Only negative point for me, very few vegan options for breakfast
