We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and everything was spotless!! Recommend it!!

We were moved to another Silk Path Hotel in Hanoi as the air-conditioning had broken down on floor 8 where our rooms were. The replacement hotel was bigger and better and our rooms were upgraded. We also had breakfast thrown in. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful, allowing us to store luggage for 2 days whilst we went on a cruise. On return we were allowed to use shower facilities before our return flight to the UK. The service from the hotel was excellent.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! Five star service by very friendly staff. Giang, Linh, Hou, Nhuang and all the staff were exceptional. Beautiful clean hotel with amazing rooftop views. Great location on the lake with many shops and cafes nearby. The hotel owns S’Patisserie next door which has great food as well. Enjoy!

This is a charming place in a perfect location in the center of Hanoi old quarter. We definitely come back next time. Highly recommend!

Outstanding location with incredible staff and affordable price. Walkable to everything. The streets are closed on Fri 6pm thru Sunday midnight. The streets come alive with markets, street performers, kids riding small electric cars, etc. Foodie's ideal spot to try a variety of options. Food street, Beer street, train street, and others are all within a few minutes walk.

I had to upgrade my room upon arrival as I booked for 2 adults and one child and when I arrived the bed was way too small. I also expected a window but when arrived saw a ventilation shaft with no light coming into the room.

My partner and I had a great two-night stay here while on vacation in Hanoi. The location is very convenient and the staff were very nice. It's certainly not luxurious, but we had no issues.

Great service and help by the concierge. Helpful, honest and good English speaking. The room was at the front and above the noise. Excellant location for walks, restaurants etc. Definitely luxery rooms. Great stay.

Great stay, helpful and friendly staff and great location in city centre. They care for guests happiness, solving problems efficiently. I had some smoke smell in my room, and they purified the air for me, offering me also to move to another room. Breakfast is simply outstanding, and the internet is fast and stable.

Hotel is located at an excellent & vibrant location. The room is very clean & pleasant. Just thought the single bed (twin room) was a tad too small! We are not big sized by any means and was worried of falling off the bed at night! Lol! But overall a pleasant hotel & service.

Excellent location by the central lake. Comfortable room. Good room service. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Nice patisserie/coffee shop next door, as part of the hotel for breakfast, with a lovely view over the lake . Highly recommend this hotel

The location is amazing . But the road in front is closed as part of the street during the weekend. The Hoam Kim lake are is very vibrant and can be a bit of noise . But it is not an issue to me . But you will find it full of life .

I arrived early to Hanoi and booked one night at Silk Path Boutique hotel before checking into Hanoi Opera Hilton. After two night at the Hilton I checked out and came back to the Silk Path Boutique for remainder of my stay in Hanoi. You can see the facility photos and excellent location (even better than Hilton), though the staff, the service and friendliness is top notch. The staff is helpful arranging taxis, remembers and greets me by my first name and couldn't be more friendly. I"ve been traveling in Asia for the past three months and this has been the best lodging experience I've had so far. And I don't typically write reviews, this is my first on Expedia. Thank you Silk Boutique, you are the best:)

Rooms vas large and super clean. All staff were so king and helpful always quick to answer our needs. Everybody had wonderful smile and positive attitude. Thanks for the nice we had there

My new favorite Hanoi hotel! The location is perfect, near the cathedral, Hoa Kim lake, central location in old town. The staff is lovely and kind. The breakfast was very delicious and a great start to the day. We reserved a room with a balcony overlooking the lake-fantastic!! We will stay here again next time!

A very nice property - beautifully appointed, sparkling clean, friendly service and excellent location. After traveling through SE Asia, a welcome relief. It’s a smaller place - hence the boutique hotel label - but it had the feeling of a 5 star property. Well done Silk Path!

Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of choices. Beautiful lake outside the hotel. My son jogged round the lake every day as there wasn’t a gym in the hotel. He totally enjoyed it! This hotel is highly recommended.

The location and room were fantastic. Online pictures of the hotel and map location say it all but what pictures cant express is how wonderful and warm the staff are. They made the difference.

I did not regret choosing this hotel one bit! Staff was amazingly friendly! Everyone I met always gave a greeting. Any request we made was followed through on right away! Recommendations for dinner were spot on. Loved our stay and will return again! My wife loved the lake right across the street from the entrance to the hotel!
