The staff at the front desk were great. Dylan was very helpful. The place has potential. It's a great location. The room is smaller than what was shown in the photo. The room was old and dirty. I'm ok with old but not dirty. There was sand in the beds and the shower was clogged. The property and rooms need a good cleaning.

The reception was cordial and friendly making sure we were informed about the property. Our room was as expected fine for the two of us. The towels could use an upgrade. Various meal options within walking distance, one block from the board walk, and the beach. Competitively priced so overall a good value, would return next summer.

Great location. Only negative is not enough parking. Wonderful place to stay!

Pros: Friendly staff, decent pool, and convenient location to the boardwalk areas. Cons: Filthy floor, tiny bathroom, outdate spaces, windows that don't lock. Mid-way into our 3 nights, there was a water main break and we had brown water flowing from kitchenette sink, bathroom sink, toilet, and tub faucets. Cut the trip short and went home.

It was an enjoyable vacation for my daughter, grandaughter and grandson. The room was clean when we arrived, but we did not realize we had to put a sign out daily to have maid service( fresh towels & trash emptied). One area of concern was black mold in the bathroom on the corner edge of the shower on the baseboard, but on a whole, the room was clean and it was nice having a kitchenette, coffee maker and microwave. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. The staff were very nice and helpful.

I enjoyed my 2 night stay the room was updated and clean I had a fridge with a freezer and microwave and stove it had a pool and a barbecue grill I will definitely stay again

The property was perfect.

The service was excellent! He was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, however the bathroom was very tiny. The washcloths and hand towels were so thin, you could see through them. Also, the parking was very tight. I have a bigger car and had a hard time getting into and out of the parking spot. Overall, it was not a bad place to stay, and I would stay here again.

This family ran wildwood property was a quick trip for our sons AAU Basketball tournament. Being My first time to wildwood I had no idea where to stay. After reading reviews and seeing pictures for 500.00 father's day weekend the Surf Comber Motel is a amazing location to boardwalk, beach, convention center, dollar store etc. Booking was easy threw Expedia. We called and spoke To Owner Mike who was pleasant and awaiting our arrival 24hr in advance to comfirm checkin times. We arrived received to a clean room with too beds mic, toaster, coffee maker, full size fridge and stove top burner with supplies to cook. On day two housekeeper Mayra was at our room offering move towels etc. My daughter closed our room door, Mr Dyllon front deck manager was there to assist our family with smiles and conversation. Mr Roy from the mantinence team was seen checking the property grounds and pool areas daily. We will be staying at this location aways and will past i formation on to our family and friends 6/14-6/16 unit 10

I was pleasantly surprised by the property after reading reviews. It looks like the property is under new management and has undergone refurbishing. Very friendly staff and clean , well appointed rooms.

Great location- very close to boardwalk and beach, as well as other local restaurants. The room had everything we needed and was well-stocked with kitchenette supplies. Nice sun deck and pool area.

My husband and I stayed 1 night to see the kite festival. We arrived 2 hours before check-in and were able to get into our room. Dylan at the desk was very friendly and helpful about the area. The rooms are not fancy but are clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again!

The person at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. Same with the two cleaning people in interacted with. Overall the area and conditions were clean.

The parking space is too small. Everything else is okay.
