Love staying here, they are always on top of things, staff is super nice & the rooms are fantastic! Lots of dining options right at the hotel!

The staff were amazing. Very professional and courteous. I fell sick, they immediately set up a online consultation with a doctor and got the medication and the took care of me well.

From the moment I walked into this hotel till the moment I left after 7 days, I felt I was in heaven with angels around me. This is my 4th visit and stay in 8 years since the Conrad was new, and the quality of service has remained consistent. My thanks to ALL the staff, especially Palack and Ruthra who together made my stay remarkable. The doormen and women at security were warm and welcoming. I plead with visitors to appreciate the staff, smile at them and say thanks when they open doors. I saw too many arrogant guests.

The recent stay at the Conrad Pune, a property renowned for its luxurious status under the Hilton brand, I found myself wrestling with a mix of admiration and disappointment. On one hand, the hotel boasts spacious and immaculately clean rooms and the bathrooms are truly exquisite, leaving nothing to be desired in terms of comfort and style. The location of the hotel is convenient making it a potentially attractive choice for travelers looking to explore Pune. However, it's the finer points of hospitality where Conrad Pune seems to stumble. Despite the steep price tag that one might justify with exceptional service and culinary delights, the hotel falls markedly short. The customer service was underwhelming and lacked the attentiveness and warmth I’ve come to expect from a brand of this caliber. The food quality was surprisingly subpar, which was quite a letdown considering the overall ambiance and reputation of the hotel. Given these experiences, I rate Conrad Pune 3.5 out of 5 stars. While the physical aspects of the hotel meet the luxury standard, the service and dining experiences require significant improvement to justify the expense and live up to the Hilton legacy.

A well appointed property with well trained staff that are courteous and professional. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Lots of great options for dinning, bar and a great pool area. We will be surely staying here on our visits to Pune.

This is a very grand hotel and a bit too fancy for me, but I love it - everything is beautiful. It is my home away from home in Pune and I always feels very welcome when I stay. It is centrally located so relatively easy to get to different areas as needed. The staff are extremely kind and professional. I cannot recommend the spa highly enough - the ayurvedic treatments are absolutely transformative. Between the therapeutic benefits and the kindness of the staff, this is my absolute favorite spa in the world! I highly recommend the Conrad in Pune. Absolutely worth it.

Amazing hotel! Very clean, elegant and friendly.

Hotel is okay but the staff is not that great. Their lounge staff kept harassing us over single and double occupancy. Business lounge is absolutely bare bones. United lounge is better than that. It would be nice if you could avoid their staff.

Good 5-star hotel near Koreagonpark.

While checkin was very smooth , the hospitality at breakfast table left a lot to be desired. Most of the female staff made eye contact and smiled but the male staff are bland with no eye contact and expressionless. While taking the plate from table the good dropped and the staff pretended to not seen it. after pointing them to pick the dropped food on table it was picked but not a apology. Missed basic etiquettes of a five star hotel. However he staff at reception and desk and room service are very cordial and genuinely helping.

Excellent stay. Hotel hospitality was great. Pranita and staff took extra care to make sure we were comfortable. Clean rooms. Food was good.

The shower in the bathroom was clogged. The carpet and the Sofa in the room were stained. The Room Boy did not vacuum and clean the glass table properly. The Bathroom door was making squeaky sound and brushing on the frame. Waiters in the Coffee Shop need to be trained and should maintain high personal hygiene. Sabudana Khichadi was too dry. Juice stations were not attended and filled for 10 minutes. The Reception staff said that I am allowed to pack my breakfast, however when I asked the Coffee Shop guys they refused. I had to argue with the waiter, as there was no Duty Manager on duty. To address the above issues they offered me free laundry and cancelled 1 day breakfast - appreciate that. Overall the hotel needs to put in more efforts on cleanliness and training the waiters.

King size Bed was uncomfortable. Raised in the middle and slopping on the sides. Five Pillows but all flat Had to call a hard piece. Towels were not upto rhe mark for a hotel of your standing. Should be far better. Killed a cockroach in the bath area.

We had an amazing stay at Conrad. The rooms are spacious and the room cleaning staff kept the room very clean and tidy. The gym and pool area is very well maintained and one of most clean facilities that i witnessed so far! The service offered in restaurants is fantastic! Our daughter travelled first time to India, so we were careful with food and water. The kitchen staff (esp. Milind, Vishal chef and Shyam Chef) was outstanding and made special food for our daughter! Pooja Mallya was fantastic to provide us great support throughout our stay! If one thing that I would recommend to improve is, to manage the private events in more professional manner. The music at times was very loud that ran until 2 am and was disturbing. Pooja was very receptive of this feedback, which is great! All in all a fantastic stay!

Super-clean and comfortable. We stayed just one night in an Executive King room. There was boisterous music on the ground floor at night, but we couldn't hear much. Drinks were excellent, dinner (soup and pasta) in our room superb, and breakfast was sumptuous and high-quality. One of the best hotels I've stayed in (I've been to plenty).

I think I was prejudiced vis a vis other guests, staff was reluctant to work. Couple of incidents whenever I used to go for early breakfast I ask for coffee which is not present for self serve, they would look the way, when i asked to keep my valuables in safe at reception which they themselves recommend they would push the buck to other and keep wasting my time. I feel overall the property does not meet the Hilton standard world wide for the price which is more than world standard

What about the guests who have paid to stay & want to have a swim?!!! Looks like the hotel decided to close the pool for the private function to increase their income AND took the money paid by guests to stay at the hotel.
