Staff was nice. Everything was close. Maybe bc its a small town but i feel like the property was centrally located

I enjoyed my stay. Everything was up to par with most Holiday Inns I’ve stayed at.

The employees at the front desk were very welcoming and nice. Overall our stay was quick but good. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The property would have been perfect except we were on the first floor and a drunken wedding party entered the lobby and they were so loud I couldn't sleep until after 2 a.m. and then I awakened early for the funeral of my sister-in-law. The staff was nice. The guy had to call the cops to get the guests to go to their rooms.

The AC did not cool appropriately. And July in Texas you need the AC to work.

Everything was excellent! From the parking lot to the very nice staff and beautiful and clean interior. Me and my partner couldn’t ask for anything better! Had a great experience throughout our stay. We will definitely be back!

The Hotel was clean and the service was great. The room was clean and comfortable. There were two queen beds, a pull out sofa, a table, plenty of storage space, a nice size television, a microwave, a mini refrigerator, and a coffee maker. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of hot water, good water pressure, plenty of Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and hand soap which I loved. There was also a blow dryer and the hotel offers free toiletries if needed. There’s also a pool, work out room, and laundry room. Breakfast included hot items such as pancakes, cinnamon rolls, eggs, sausage, cheese omelettes, potatoes, bean and cheese tacos as well as grab and go items like yogurt, cereal, bagels, toast…etc. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and plan to return to Holiday Inn next time we are in town.

We were only in New Braunfels for one night, but we loved everything about our stay here — clean room, comfortable bed, large bathroom, great breakfast, and very friendly service. We would definitely stay here again!

Great, wood frame built so you could hear a lot of waling out didn't bother us. We slept hard. Expensive but clean, nice, and very professional

Quick overnight stay. Everything great except for the a/c which was very noisy. The front desk guy was very friendly, welcoming and helpful- one of the best I’ve encountered at a hotel.

It was decent but the shower curtain was completely destroyed, the window shade had holes throughout it, and the toilet was not properly clean. There was a steak of urine down the front of it that was missed. It wasn’t horrible but these little things can make or break it.

The front desk guy was VERY NICE AND SWEET he ask me for the reason for the stay I told to him for my boy B-DAY he got cupcakes and drinks and sing happy birthday for him Thank you very much

Anthony was WONDERFUL!! He greeted us every evening with a warm smile and a happy attitude. He truly went above and beyond the whole stay!! The young lady in the morning (with the awesome fingernails☺️) was always helpful and friendly. Christian made the very best effort to get us in our room as early as possible. Thank you sir! The cleaning crew were very approachable for clean towels and made the whole hotel smell fresh and clean. Our room was top notch. Breakfast was THE VERY BEST we’ve had at any hotel!! The lady who filled the food trays and kept the coffee full was so gentle and pleasant. THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU. You guys made my birthday AMAZING, COMFORTABLE AND WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!!!

Beside the small cosmetic like the cracks on the wall and peeling paints around the window, the room was modernly decorated and comfy. We stay as a family and thoroughly enjoy the great breakfast and kind staff.

Shower needed repair and cleaning.

The room was very comfortable & clean. I really enjoyed the chaise lounge instead of the reg uncomfortable chairs in most hotels. An added touch was the artfully folded towels. Also the location was perfect for where we were visiting. Lastly, the hot breakfast was good esp. the cinnamon rolls
