Safe and clean

Very good place

The hotel is good overall. Service very good. Soundproofing is poor though. You can hear conversations from the adjacent room

The room facilities and overall condition is dated. The towels have an unpleasant smell and the bathroom is always maybe because of slow drainage. The breakfast spread has limited choices especially if you stay long enough. The worst part is the loud, repetitive, irritating and unhealthy (bad for guests with heart condition) noise related to the Dinagyang Festival. Not a place to stay if you need a peaceful and quite vacation.

2nd time we've stayed here.Very clean, well run hotel. The staff were all helpful, friendly and efficient. Nice breakfast buffet. Roof bar with live music, a good place for a drink after dinner.

Great property. No pool sadly. Breakfast is geared towards Filipinos and the staff tends to start shutting it down 40 minutes before 10.. Which is common place for the Philippines. Still a nice place- great stay. Go for the premium rooms. Deluxe rooms have small bathrooms.

The hotel is clean and service of the staff excellent.

Very convenient to stay at

This is the second time we stayed here in Seda. That was 2017 and stayed for 5 days. This year, another 5 years and Seda did not disappoint. Staff were courteous, friendly and good. Breakfast, excellent.

I was on the 6th floor. The 7th floor is the restaurant which allows their employees to work until 1AM. I called the front desk at midnight for 2 consecutive nights because I can hear the employees dragging tables and chairs. It was awful, I was trying to sleep. It stopped, but after 20 minutes, I had to get up and call again. So inconsiderate. The bathroom is so cramped. The bathroom door is in the way. They should switch to sliding bathroom doors. I am not a morning person so I try to avail of the complimentary buffet breakfast at the last hour (9AM). There's hardly any food left, which look unappetizing. With an extra guest, I was charged for a full price, despite of hardly anything to eat.

Close by many restaurants

Everybody’s friendly and respectful, but I have a couple of concern, first when we dined in when we arrived I ordered pork and chicken adobo combination, I can tell both meat was left over because of the texture and the taste of the meat, and secondly when we take a shower the water is overflowing on the floor, it is very unsanitary.

Well maintained hotel. Rooms and bathrooms are consistently clean every time I stay. Wonderful location. Great value for the money. Highly recommended.

Good food and clean environment

My family enjoyed the stay overnight as they transit to another place to visit. It was a good place to stay for the night with an awesome breakfast.

The hotel seems a bit rundown. The bathroom is poorly designed: the tiles on the walls seem to be falling, water from the shower seeps to the main bathroom floor, etc. The general area is quite good. A lot of dining options around the hotel and within a 15-minute walk. I will probably try another hotel if I go back to Iloilo though.

Loved our stay. Carlos, hotel manager, was amazing - very good service and knew every guest by name. Felt VIP service all throughout our stay.

Towels are old and stained. Hope management can do about this . All staff at all levels are excellent.

Nice staff and good food

Its location is very convenient with the new Business District in Iloilo. The area seems to have more and more offices, establishments and restaurants since the last time I visited Iloilo. Tried to call the front office to inquire about our luggage but they were probably engaged. This was the only issue we had when we were there.

Our plans to Boracay changed at last min due to bad weather and staff was very accomodating by extending our stay an extra night. Everyone was friendly, smiles on their faces all the time. The food on the property was eh. We walked around the Atria business complex for some dinners, went to mall/out for some. Best place for brkfst, Bread Basket across the street. Water pressure was also kind of weak but hot water was great. Wifi was also great. Hotel can use some facelift, housekeeping can do better I say. Dont want too be too nitpicky but im sure other guests have noticed or mentioned. Won't mind going back, will also recommend. Place is busy with conferences and training but hey, the region is booming so i dont hate them for that. Overall, 7 out of 10.
