This was a great find! Clean, cute, and comfortable room, and the hosts thought of everything in regards to the kitchenette! We had the King Suite, which was the perfect size for two of us. The bed was comfy, the breakfast was great, and the hosts were very welcoming.
There are a million dining options close by, and we chose to Uber or drive (5 minutes) versus walking (15 - 20 minutes). The neighborhood was very quiet and it was easy to find parking. We definitely look forward to returning!

Really nice place in a quiet neighbourhood, Amy (owner) is very sweet and will do her best to make you feel welcome. The place is a good base for all sightseeing in LA. Thumbs up from me.

we had a very enjoyable 3 day visit at Sweet Dreams. it is located in a Sherman Oaks , a very nice upper middle class residential area of LA---and it felt like we were a full time resident there. the room was very comfortable--well stocked with everything you might need, there is a lovely back yard with a pool and hot tub. the hosts were very accommodating!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. Amy was awesome - her breakfasts were even better - and the room was nice. We also found plenty to do locally - the Tipsy Cow and Castle Park were particular favorites. Would 100% stay again.

We had an amazing time! Amy and her husband were wonderful. The breakfast she prepared each day was delicious! The outdoor area is so nice and peaceful. Her home is in a very convenient location if you want to explore nearby cities. We loved our stay Amy- thank you!

It was in a quiet neighborhood close to everything we wanted to see. Our room was very clean and nice. We were there for our anniversary and they gave us flowers and a bottle of wine. Will absolutely be staying again.

Sweet Dreams is not your typical B&B. It's like visiting friendly relatives. That's not to everyone's taste, but we enjoyed it very much as the owners are exceptionally warm and helpful. It's not luxurious but quite comfortable. Plus the location a couple of minutes from the 405/101 junction in a quiet neighborhood walk-able to Ventura Boulevard restaurants is exceptional. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved it! Amy is amazing and we are sure to come back as soon possible. Breakfast was great, big variety and eggs cooked to order. The house is close to most fun LA activities, like Santa Monica, Hollywood, etc. Pretty easy to drive once you gotten use to LA traffic. Could not recommend this place enough!

From the moment we walked in the door, we felt very welcomed to homey Sweet Dreams B&B. Our cozy room and bath were thoughtfully appointed with sitting area, toiletries, hot beverage selections, mini-fridge and microwave. Free parking was a plus. As we were heading north early in the morning, it was a perfect spot to avoid morning rush hour en route to 101 and the Pacific Coast Highway.

The hosts, Amy, Shay, and Root Beer (the dog) were all amazing. Their home is beautiful. We left an expensive razor and initially wrote it off as never seeing that again, but Amy found it and asked for my address so she could return it. I choose this place because of its good reviews and had to add another one after our wonderful stay.

Our hosts Amy and Shy are super friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were catered to our requests. The property is at a Good location to visit UCLA and Beverly Hills etc. very large kitchen area and backyard with pool if choose to hang out at the house for a couple of hours. Highly recommended!

My wife and I had a great time at this charming B&B located in a beautiful residential neighborhood in Sherman Oaks. The location is an ideal central location for visits on the west side of L.A. ( The Getty, Downtown L.A. , Ventura Boulevard, Hollywood Boulevard, The Farmer's Market Place, The Grove, the innumerable Beaches, and the list goes on and on !
The hosts, Amy and Shay, are a delightful couple that we thoroughly enjoyed meeting ! They made everyone staying at the B&B feel like a family member, with humorous and entertaining stories about the region. Amy also serves up a delicious breakfast ... a wonderful way to start your day !
My wife and I heartily recommend this marvelous B&B ... and we'll be back for further adventures in sunny L.A. !

Shay and Amy were fantastic hosts! We felt right at home from the first moment we were greeted. No problem with parking, and everything was very clean and comfortable. What a pleasant surprise to have our accommodations become one of the highlights of our vacation. We will definitely stay there again the next time we visit California!

The best breakfast you could possibly hope for and cooked fresh by either Mom or Dad. Great room, easy access to everything in LA. Would never stay anywhere else in LA. Youre immediately welcomed as family.
