Good location and nice view from the porch

GREAT PLACE TO STAY COMFORTABLE AND NICEE

Nice room, clean spacious. Kitchenette. Everything was great. A screen on the sliding door would make it perfect.

We loved this yellow motel on the beach. We chose a room without a view and next time we will choose one with a partial view. The nice part with "no view room" was the hot cars and motorcycles cruising the beach could not be heard. Steve was great and check in was easy. You park between the motel and the beach, but it is best to drop off your luggage first, then park. The shower was hot and had settings to massage your body. The coffee was a kerig type and was excellent. The linens are clean, thick, and soft, we slept well. We enjoyed seeing the piping plovers with their baby chicks on the beach scurrying around.

Average place to stay for overnight stay. Cheaply priced . Parking is convenient. Flushing the toilet made the shower gurgle. Not sure I would chose again .

It was a very comfortable staying. The room is very clean with a comfortable beds. The staff was kind and give us a worm hospitality

We found staying at The Breakers by the Sea a most joyable experience. We were met with a very friendly owner and staff. Our room was exceptionally clean. We were just down enough on the boardwalk to Be out of the craziness of the tourists. We were close to the beach and everything going on. I would definitely recommend staying there. A first trip to Hampton Beach could not have been better.

The light and ceiling fan didn’t work and there was mouse droppings on the nightstand. It was opening weekend so I can understand not everything would be up to par. Pricing was great, office was friendly and beds were very comfy. Would stay again.

For starter, on the app, it gave us three different viewing options; 1. Ocean view 2. Side view 3. No view. We booked with the “ocean view”. When we went to check in, front desk lady said all ocean view are reserved. And so they got us in a room with a side view instead. It was either that or get refunded and no room for the night and plans will have to change. And we wanted to avoid that and so we settled with the best available room. The room was clean, outdated but tolerable for just one night. Imagine this, in the middle of the night, I’m just a lady dealing with my time of the month in this moment. And in the middle of the night I get up to use the bathroom. And in the right when I was about to finish up, it started to rain in the bathroom. Water leaking everywhere from the ceiling. Water was brown and mildew smell. I cried not knowing what to do in that moment. We called the number that was provided in the room. It was the maintenance guys number. But because it was in the middle of the night around midnight. He said he can’t really do anything about not til morning. Morning came. Still no maintenance guy. Instead the front desk lady Paula, seem the most helpful. She said she’s going to refund our stay and I was going to be so grateful for that because what happened when the ceiling was leaking, felt like a horror scene. I was scared. But since leaving, I haven’t seen or heard anything about our refund.

Great location. Great service. Nice accommodations

The property is located across the street from a large beach parking lot — in fact, this parking lot is where you’ll need to park. The area seemed very safe, and the staff are super-friendly and helpful. There is no elevator, so be prepared to manage a few steps. Our room was clean and worked just fine for us. The bed was very comfortable, but the furnishings could use an update (i.e. need nightstands). It’s beachy, and we had a nice 1-night stopover on a very long roadtrip.

The all around stay was GREAT. We will sometime in the near future (hopefully) will come back to this accommodation. Thank you for making our stay pleasant.

Not too impressive,

It has a great view of the ocean and it was clean. I thought the kitchen should be updated as far as oven and stove. Nor too many utensils or cookware. But it was quaint and staff very friendly.

Nice quiet location across from Hampton Beach. Easy check in and out. Friendly staff. Walkable to the Boardwalk.

I had to scramble to find a place to stay, and this was the best option for me. Turned out to be very pleasant. Don’t let the parking situation rattle you. They have spots in the lot across the street free of charge for guests. I like that there was a shared balcony out front. Coffee and the ocean. So relaxing. It was clean and comfortable. That’s all I needed and I was happy.

Was not what i expected. Was to much money for what you got. Room was big enough but bathroom door did not shut all the way. Parking was not good, had to climb over guardrails or walk all the way around them every time you came back to room. Out door furniture in room for a table to eat at. Wouldnt mind if it was cheap, cause your suppose to get what ya pay for. Not the case .

They were the nicest people ever! Salt of the earth. The owner was born the same year as my deceased husband and fought in the Vietnam War. I only let my kids drive my car, but I hate to back up. I let Christine back up my car. She threw her arms around me. Boston accent. She skied at Killington where my son skis. Yes we will be back but on the 2nd floor not ground level! Love you guys!

Stayed here last minute and what a gem. Close enough to walk to the action at Hampton Beach but far enough away to have a peaceful stay. Thw staff is top notch. Steve the manager was great!

This property was extremely clean, the staff very nice. Close to the boardwalk. I also left an expensive sweatshirt in the room upon checking out and called the next day. The staff was very nice and did find my sweatshirt and held onto it for me until I could drive up to get it.

Nice place to stay. Good ocean view. Away from busy central but close enough to walk there.

The location was great. Just cross the street and you are on the beach. We like that there's a kitchenette, fridge and microwave. Wifi was decent and we were able to stream movies. The room was very old. Looks like a 60's style and not in a good way. The queen size bed has a bad box spring on one side, making the mattress sag really bad on one side. The closet consists of a wooden stick supported by two brackets and some wire hangers. The owners seem to cheap out on the box spring which is not a good thing to cheap out on. Also, the "closet" could have been made better by either buying an armoire, or putting two pieces of wood on either side.

Room dirty - stovetop had old food stuck, bathroom ceiling falling down over shower with very visible mold. Location of hotel and room close to “waterfront” extremely noisy from main road traffic. If u overlook all that the outside chairs on what they call balcony almost fell apart when seating and u get to watch traffic and the other building directly in front of you despite this being a water view. Worst experience ever and they need to be cited by state.

The Breakers was a great choice, location was quiet and service was excellent. Rooms were updated and clean. We’ll be back!
