Stay was good. Customer service was good and the breakfast was good. Will definitely stay at this location again.

We were in town for a wedding and very glad to find this hotel. It was a very nice, clean and relatively new hotel. I can't stress enough how good that is for this area. Houma is a lovely community of good people but the area is still recovering from a serious hurricane a few years ago. It's also a bit of an industrial area. You don't feel any of that in here though. The service was friendly. I felt safe. Everything felt clean and in good condition. Our beds were comfortable. The AC seemed locked out no matter how you adjusted it. That could also be user error on my part. I would have liked some hand lotion in the bathroom but that is minor. Overall, we certainly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

We arrived late in the night having to be back up in only a couple of hours. We had fast and easy check in, the bed was comfortable and the black out curtains were a wonderful bonus.

While short, our stay was relaxing. I found the room to be clean & stocked. The breakfast was amazing.

The hotel was very clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was varied and tasty. Each floor has a table in the hall that contained coffee, toilet paper, and napkins so that you didn’t have to ask for them at the front desk.

I was a bit dissapointed and hesitant to leave this review as I frequently stay in Fairfield Inn & Suites all over the state of Louisiana and Florida for work and vacations. In fact just 3 days prior we had a wonderful 3 night stay in Pensacola, FL in the same hotel. For this experience though, I waited several minutes for counterperson to arrive to check me in, then with little interaction, and lightning speed gave me my room keys. However they didnt work, so I had to go back down and get them re programed. Room was dissapointing, bathroom had pubic hair on the floor, dark black boot footprints and what appeared to be dried blood in the shower. When i tried to clean the shower so my wife wouldnt see it the shower was the weakest water pressure I have ever experienced and not strong enough to reach the blood, so I went to the sink grabbed a washcloth and the water was so strong it blasted water all over me and the floor? At that point I needed to change and was too exhausted and frustrated to go back down again so we just dealt with it. The thermostat for the A/C on the wall was crooked and hanging by the wires and one screw, and near the A/C our feet were sticking to the carpet. The bed was clean and comfortable. and the A/C was strong and adequate. I did see that there was more than the usual occupancy so this was probably a rare experience room 217

Property was just renewed. Bathroom nice and clean and modernized. Room spacious and modernized. Great place to go for a work trip. Breakfast was decent, with many choices.

Just arrived late afternoon. Very impressed with the clean room. Check in staff very friendly. So far I love wverything.

The staff was incredibly helpful and very nice. The lady at check-in went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our room by allowing us to change rooms because of special needs of my wife. The hotel was clean and well kept. The breakfast was unbelievable and the lady was on top of everything. Loved our stay and will come back!!

The shower would only get lukewarm. The light over the microwave would not turn off and shined in face all night

The room was excellent. We had a King Suite, very satisfied. That evening the TV's and lighting went out in the bedroom and sitting room. The A/C and bathroom lighting along with mini-fridge area still had power. I checked for breaker and reset GFCI to no avail. Called the front desk and the attendant immediately came to the room and searched for a solution without success. He immediately went back to front desk, relocated us to an identical room and hand delivered the keys. He was very nice and made sure we were taken care of as quickly as possible. Will definitely stay at this location in the future.

Bed bugs and spiders . NEVER had this problem I don’t understand even tho this was my first visit to this hotel.

Hotel was in great condition, staff was friendly. Most of the hotel and room was clean. But the floor was very sticky; I had to wear shoes the entire time in the hotel room. Otherwise it was clean and in good condition.

I didn’t like blanket & sheets on bed Bec smell of bleach a lot that cause us coughing a lot at night.

One night stay for a volleyball tournament. Room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. Breakfast included free parking. Great rate.
