Made the trip down to pick up my husband from work in Galliano, the boat was running behind due to the hurricane so i got a room to wait for him in the meantime, over all price, service, cleanliness was great! Its an older building and been to several hurricanes but you xan tell they make the time and effort to keep it up and keep it nice.

We were on the 3rd floor and the water pressure in the shower was really weak. Elevator was out of order the night we arrived so we had to tote our luggage upstairs to the 3rd floor.

The hotel was disgusting. There was no door on the side of the building only a piece of plywood propped up near the hole. Everything was stained our outright dirty. We cancelled the stay.

When I attempted to check in, they said the only room available was one they had been painting earlier that day. They called management and received approval to let me stay there. The room should never have been made available to book in the first place.

The property was excellent. Especially the front desk employee who actively participated for 2 hrs in trying to get EXPEDIA to honor my reservation. Because after taking my money EXPEDIA NEVER BOOKED THE ROOM. And to top it all off when Expedia said they would rebook with him on the phone THEOR CREDIT CARD was DECLINED. So guess who had to sleep in their car in the parking lot THIS GUY!

Under staffed, took 15 mins to be checked.. noone available at front desk. It appeared people off the streets where hanging out in the lobby and pool. I
would highly recommend security and security cameras.

Staff was very polite. The hotel was very spacious and clean. This is one hotel that I didn't have any issues with. I'll definitely come back.

Like: TV selection was great, air was cold, staff was friendly, place was clean.
Dislike: unprofessional language of staff in the morning as they discussed how unhappy they are with many things. Water pressure lacking. Breakfast not ready when indicated and a lack of breakfast items. Finally, the place needs a new coat of paint to help rid that "old" musty feel.

Water was shut off to the hotel and I couldn’t use the shower.

Everything was great but make sure anyone who needs to get in touch with you knows your room number in case of an emergency. The police ended up being called for a welfare check because my phone was broken and the hotel receptionist wouldn’t send my spouse’s call through to my room due to lack of knowing room number. It didn’t matter that my spouse had my Expedia itinerary number either. Other than that everything was fine.

We've stayed here several times over the past 10 years. This was the last. It's in desperate need of renovations. The room smelled moldy. The bed was like sleeping on the floor. The bathroom wasn't clean. The carpet was sticky. The TV had 1 channel and the volume would go up and down. There were people loitering in the lobby. Really just terrible place. Won't be back

The hotel was ok. I have stayed at this hotel pre-remodel and can say it is an improvement but still needs some work. Our A/C did not work very good so it was hard to get comfortable trying to sleep.
