My wife and I are in agreement that we have never stayed in nor will we ever find another vacation property that clean. Not a speck of dirt or mold to be found. Sheets, blankets, glasses, bathrooms impeccably clean. The location is steps from the busy Pile Gate, yet it's quiet at the property. The pictures do not do the terrace views justice. Absolutely stunning!

Martina was a great host. Great apartment for a good price close to the touristy part of dubrovnik. What more can you want :)

Sweet apartment with an absolutely amazing view!! We arrived at night by Uber from the ferry and had some difficulty figuring out where to go once the driver dropped us off. Other than that, we couldn’t have been more pleased. Martina met us outside and gave us a tour, describing the property, the area, and answering any questions. It was a five minute walk to the Pile Gate where many tours meet. We found the place convenient, clean, and what we expected from the Hotel.com description. Even had a washer to do a load of laundry during our stay.

Gracious old villa with lovely outside verandah area and views over Dubrovnik

Very pleasant stay. The room was very clean, fully appointed, though slightly dated. It was 94°F/35°C when we were there, and the AC worked perfectly. Martina our host was very friendly, and gave us great recommendations about the what we could do in the city. The location was a ~5-7min walk from the Pile Gage entrance to the old city. If you have lots of bags, Id strongly recommend you take a taxi/uber/bus to neear Ulica Zagrebačka 50, just after the parking garage. That way youll be able to carry your luggage DOWN steps to the villa instead of up, because the villa is only accessible by foot (cant drive up to it) . And when leaving, Id recommend taking your bags DOWN towards the old city and take the passageway on the right that leads past the Hilton to catch your car/bus.
