The property looks like it is currently being upgraded which it desperately needs.Our room was clean and looked like it had been recently updated. Needs paint and a new air conditioner. The office definitely needs work. The whole building is very tired looking. Hopefully this will all change if the upgrading continues.

We come here every time we visit Stratford!!! Great location, plenty of dining options, close to mall, friendly service. Room very nice with mini fridge, coffee machine, shower/bath combo, air conditioning, beds very comfortable.

We were greated in the office by a sign saying back in 15 minutes. We came back in 20 minutes to an empty office. Fortunately, a chambermaid was able to look up our room and let us in. There was peeling paint on the walls, a used washcloth hanging from the shower stall, and ripped screens onsite of the windows. The beds were abysmal, worst night sleep!!

The room is stunning. Lots of windows for crossdraft. No AC needed last night. Incredible blinds. Everything is very modern and new. Very beautiful. Bed is a foam mattress - definitely a game changer from useless spring mattresses. Definitely remove the carpet because the room smelled a bit when we got in... Otherwise would stay here again in a heartbeat. Well done.

The inside of the room was adequate but the exterior of the property needs significant upgrades and clearly is not kept clean nor attractive.

This is a good place to stay if you are on a tight budget. You can walk to local attractions and avoid trying to find parking. The sheets seemed clean but stained. There wasn't a hairdryer in the washroom which might be a problem for some.

Check-in was easy, and the room itself was pretty clean. There were a couple chairs outside for us to use which was nice as well. We were staying here to see a play, and we were able to walk to the venue which was very convenient!

Good, solid lodging. It’s not as fancy or new as some places, but it’s clean, safe, reliable, and with good, friendly service. A classic old-school roadside motel.

I’m sharing only because the good reviews lead me astray. This is a run down motel, nothing more. Bed is small and too springy for two people (probably fine for one) and scratchy bedding didn’t cover the mattress completely. 2 pillows only for 2 people, no ice, coffee etc. kind of sketchy feeling, though nothing bad happened. For around $95 this might be the best in town for the money, but I wish I’d spent more for a better place.

Nice large room, large bathroom. Looks as though the hotel was remodeled since the last time we stayed there. Very good price, conveniently located close to the Festival Theatre and not too far from downtown. Room had a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. My only small complaint is there was no coffee for the coffee maker.

The hotel is close enough to for us walk to the theatres, especially the Festival Theatre. The beds were good. Our room seemed not to have cold water though, which was odd. There were a small fridge and a microwave, and nearby restaurants.

We were in room #24! The next time we go to Stratford, we will be staying at the Traveller’s Motel and hopefully in room 24. We enjoyed our stay in Stratford.

The motel needs lots of work. I don't know about the rest of the rooms, but room 10 looks terrible, smells, no screens in the windows, nothing to boil water or make coffee and Tv quality like from 60s. One of the beds sunk in the middle, 4 broken clothes hangers. Would not recommend anyone to this motel.

We didn't like coming in after dark and having to walk into our room that was pitch black. The closest light switch was in the bathroom. Better lighting is needed close to the door.
