The hotel was old but clean and comfortable. Centrally located on Munras with easy access to golf, shopping, dining, or the aquarium. Only negative was a construction company roomed their crew here and they were up smoking and drinking until after 12 AM both nights. Their trucks were in the parking lot and parking was scarce.

Overall the property was pretty good! The bathroom might need a little upgrade but didn’t intervene with normal use. The location is super nice — very close to Monterey and it was a 10 min drive to Carmel.

Arbour Inn is pretty on the outside but a little scruffy on the inside.

This is our third time staying at Arbor Inn, the property is well kept, I love how many blooming flowers are all around. The room was comfortable and pretty well kept. We'd suggest some wall hooks in the shower/vanity area and perhaps a better shower head. We usually stay for a week at a time so little things make a difference.

This amazing hotel was spotless, our room with a king bed had cathedral ceiling and a fireplace , it was gorgeous. Comfy bed and pillows, safe neighborhood and ample parking. Perfect for a 1 nite stay, we are so happy we stayed here! I have pictures but don't know how to add them, bathroom also looked newly remodeled. I couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay

Quaint pretty motel in nice area, close to everything. Helpful and courteous front desk.

Check in was not pleasant.

The room we were in needs a deep cleaning. Not the worst place I’ve ever stayed at but certainly not worth what we paid. It’s obvious the house cleaners do the bare minimum.

Friendly, efficient staff, clean modern room, parking is. Ery tight and limited, disabled elevator did not seem to work, office open 24 hours is great

Little things. Iron worked but switch to change settings was broken. Still worked out for me. Small broken part in mirror and ac/heater was hard to get going but worked in the end. Very kind staff and GREAT weekday rate. Would totally stay here again

Room was great and service… bad thing is limited to no parking. Small spaces where you can damage your car by others. The shower’s water pressure was bad it would go from warm to extremely hot so be careful.

Quick and easy checkin process with friendly staff

Stayed for 1 night. It was clean and location was good! Few minutes to Cannery Row. It was Quiet and area felt safe place to stay at. The room was spacious. Room was clean but it had an odd smell like too much cleaner smell. Opened the windows to air it out. The only part I kinda did not like was the check out process. Yes It’s 11:00am. Basically felt pushed out because Front desk called to make sure I drop off the key at the front desk by 11:00am no exceptions.

Our toilet was broken on arrival. A person came and said they fixed it and it still wouldn’t flush correctly causing us to not be able to use it.

Beautiful views from room and dining area. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Close to walking trail and a few restaurants. I was disappointed in the bedding. Would have loved some high quality sheets and a warm comforter. They had a cotton/linen bedspread.I had to get up and turn the heater on and put on socks. Checked around for a blanket or comforter, none to be found.My side of the bed was next to a small window which didn't seal and allowed the cold air in.We woke up twice,to a loud rattling noise about 11pm. I guess it was someone taking a shower and may have been the plumbing. We spent our 20th wedding anniversary here, my husband was disappointed they no longer offer wine and cheese in the afternoon. Oh well,

We didn't know how to turn on the heater so was cold in night

Wasn't expecting a great deal from this hotel on booking, but was pleasantly surprised. Spacious clean rooms and very quiet at night. Ample parking and easy to locate. A little bit out of town, but only a short walk to the wharf and a shopping centre located in walking distance was also great. Overall an excellent location. Very happy with our stay at Arbor Inn. Only negative was that housekeeping was not in attendance everyday.

This was our second time staying here. We booked a King room for one night. We arrived early and they graciously accommodated us with an early check in but it was 2 Queens. However the way the room was set up, if you actually wanted/needed the 2 Queens they were in separate areas of the room so you would have more private space. Really cool set up. The staff are always very nice. We have enjoyed our stay both times and we'll definitely stay here again.
