It was pretty good then what i expected

Breakfast is sub-par Hotel is noisy (both outside noise and floors above/below room) Linen and towels are below average quality

The Hotel was very nice! The staff were very helpful and attentive, and the grounds cared for meticulously. Our room was nice, large and comfortable. The hotel is directly across from a nice beach with a cool restaurant/bar on the sand. The view is beautiful! This hotel is a 10 minute Uber ride from Croco Beach which is where all of the action in Fortaleza, if you want to be in the hustle and bustle this hotel is a bit far away. I liked it, for me I came to get away and enjoy some peace and quiet. I think it is a good choice for quiet and close enough to Croco Beach. I definitely recommend this hotel for your Brizilian getaway!

I like everything, but the food was so delicios, the breakfast has a lot food. I loved the stay in Gran Mareiro. I recomend 5 *****.

The hotel and the staff was amazing, the hotel very clean ,the Breakfast had everything and some!! Excellent pool with a nice bar area the hotel location is great right in front of the Beach ! But the streets are not very clean , Overall I definitely recommend staying here!!

This is a good family hotel in front of the’Futuro’ beach, with a big swimming pool and play area for children. The bedroom are comfortable, douche is good.

Very modern and well designed building for a hotel on the beach. The property was very clean and the room service and building cleaning service was perfect. All staff are friendly and very hard workers.

The sea view is simply great, but because the sea breeze is very strong the window gets foggy often. I think they do a good job keeping it clean but still it is often foggy. The pool only has sun up until 2pm. I love the afternoon sun and from that point on, you kinda have to go to the beach for the sun. That isnt necessarily a problem since the beach is fantastic and just steps away. But I would still love to have somewhere in the hotel where I could enjoy the afternoon sun.

I was there with my family and we really enjoyed, rooms are on the simple side, but very clean, swimming pool is big and great for the hot weather, location is good, very close to the main attractions in Praia do Futuro, the only point I think need some attention is the breakfast that was too crowded, noisy and lacking organization, food would finish early and lots of things were not replaced, other than that we really enjoyed or stay and if traveling to fortaleza again we will definitely come back to gran mareiro!

Could. Not. Have. Gone. Better. Simply a great time. Staff, food, amenities, location, etc. We were a group of 10 people and everyone, from the 4 year old to the 73 year old, had a great time.

the hotel was exactly as pictured online, nice and clean. The pool area was beautiful! My only complaint is that the jacuzzi wasn't actually very warm. The location was perfect, steps from the beach. But if you're looking to be in the city action then this isn't the place. We always took an uber or cab when we wanted to go into the city action. Perfect for a beach vacay, though. The wifi could be a bit better -- it seems like I had to log back in every time I locked my phone!

Booked the hotel for New Years celebrations with friends. The hotel is excellently located just at the beach with really nice beach bars close by. Nice outdoor pool area with a bar at the hotel. The only negative is the food served at the restaurant/bar.
