Beautiful place

We had such a great time! The breakfast was delicious and was a beautiful home with a family feel. Best part was the short walk to the beach and breathtaking sunrise! Thank you!

We were looking for a place to spend the night near a venue and found this place. What a find! The inn was neat, clean and comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was a treat. The Inn is in the heart of New Smyrna Beach. You can walk almost anywhere you want to go. Highly recommend for a night, a long weekend or a vacation.

If you're looking for accommodations where you are made to feel like a valued guest, Inn on the Ave. is the place for you. The inn's hostesses go out of their way to make you feel, not only welcome but, special. My husband and I have stayed in a few of their wonderfully-themed rooms several times. Carole and Angie are the absolute best at accommodating your needs, willing to offer suggestions about places to go or to eat, and of course, cooking the all-important morning breakfast and supplying Happy Hour sangria and pastry libations. You'll also appreciate being located within walking distance of the beach, on one end of Flagler Avenue, and numerous bars/restaurants, on the other. Don't be seduced by the big chain hotels -- come to Inn on the Ave. and enjoy its amazing NSB hospitality.

The women were wonderful. Waited for us as we were running late d/t travel. We didn't get to stay long but certainly will go back! Thank you for a comfortable stay!

Angie and Carol are awesome hosts and very proud of their b&b and rightly so. Breakfast was delicious and interactive as we made our own pancakes while Carol whipped up the daily main breakfast to order. We enjoyed our complimentary Sangria on the porch while we people watched. Our suite was cozy and sparkling clean with beautiful bed linens. Sorry we had only booked one night so we will return in our next road trip. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Liked the different names of rooms. But should say on website rooms are on second floor.

My wife and I had a nice one night stay at the Inn. It's a B&B, they served a good breakfast. It's about 4 blocks from the beach and the Inn will provide you with beach chairs and towels. The B&B is fairly new but has old style charm. We stayed in the Coral room, the room was clean with old charm to it, the bed was very high off the floor and thankfully it has a bedside stool for my wife to get in and out of it. The room and bathroom were not very roomy. we were told not to use the luggage rack because it might break. If we couldn't use the luggage rack we would have to work out of our suitcase on the floor cause there was no other place to put a suitcase. I would recommend it.

OMG this place was perfect! Friendly and comfortable. We had to leave early because i was sick so we missed out on breakfest. I’m excited to come back when i feel better…. Thank you for a wonderful experience…

The Owner of this Bed and Breakfast was such a great hostess! The pancakes were the best I’ve ever had. Felt like family as soon as I walked in the door. The beds were also very comfortable! We stayed in the Lighthouse and is was decorated so cute! We loved sitting on the upper porch watching the avenue. Great place if you want to be near the beach, shopping, and a friendly place to stay with a wonderful breakfast.

This was a beautiful property with incredible location. Carol was the best hostess we have ever had the pleasure of meeting and we travel a significant amount.

Right on Flagler Ave., the most fun area in town. The ladies running it were very accommodating and fun. Had off street parking for each room.

The rooms are lovely, the staff is amazing and the breakfasts were fantastic. I would recommend you watch the square footage of the room you select if you are staying for any length of time. Some rooms are larger than others. Will definitely stay here next year for our annual trip to New Smyrna.

This was my overall an excellent stay. Carol was absolutely delightful and personable which made our stay even better. One thing I would do differently next time I visit I would not stay in the seahorse room which is on the first floor just outside our door was the kitchen and dining area which if you want to sleep in late is a bit noisy with guests having an early breakfast. All other guest rooms are located on the second floor

Lovely inn with caring, engaging staff. The inn was charming and immaculate, Lots of thoughtful extras. Breakfast was delicious. Hostesses go out of their way to ensure your complete satisfaction. Would definitely stay here again.

What an amazing stay!

We arrived on rainy MLK Day and greated by Angie, who was so accommodating and personalble. Only stayed one night, and will definitely return with friends. Had our own parking spot, place was clean, and walkable to cute shops and restaurants, and especially the beach. Price was reasonable too. Cookies in the kitchen. Breakfast was fun.... got to make our own pancakes at the table and chose Bananas Foster (delish!). We had the Flamingo Room with the patio overlooking the street. Had a Key West vibe. Love it! Definitely recommend, especially for couples. Be warned though, no elevator to 2nd floor, so make sure you can handle stairs, even though Angie is very helpful and they have hand rails on both sides to navigate.

Carol made the stay very fun. What a hostess!!! Beautiful Inn, great location and we loved the balcony.
