I didn’t spend any night cause I arrived on delay, and the hotel was full, there is no room.

Well the price matches the hotel. They don’t give you a rag or soap, good thing a supermarket is couple feet away. To buy anything they don’t have. Would not recommend unless you working with a very very small budget.

I booked the room for 4 nights. Property pictured was not the same as the accommodations. Very dirty room in bad neighborhood. Shower and bathroom are not attached to room. You must cross a courtyard that is shared with complex. I stayed less then 20 mins. I wasted a large part of my travel day finding another room which was available. I also had to spend much more because my original reservation was made in advance.

What was advertised,was absurdly not the reality.Hotel Rachel Paris was nothing but a fraud. No one who has an intention of having a good holiday should ever visit the place. At the end,one cannot even have a receipt for the ripoff,as I couldn’t get one,tried as I did.Highly disappointed,and wouldn’t recommend Hotel Rachel to anyone.

Nice, small-town experience in area around hotel. Unfortunately, there was only 1 local pharmacy which lacked the knowledge of certain medical ethics which was an impediment.

The staff were helpful, but the room had damage (broken floor, damaged shelves), lighting was poor and the wifi didnt work at all (even after paying the 3 euros). They would also not provide an invoice. DO NOT BOOK for business travel.

The hotel was quite dirty and moldy. Some parts of our room had clearly visible mold on the walls and we had to sleep with the windows open. The bed covers had cigarette holes etc. on them. The only positive thing about this was that there was not bedbugs, as it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had.

We chose this hotel because it was among the cheapest in Paris, so our expectations were low, but the hotel was a positive suprise. The staff were amazing. They provided us with a fan when the temperatue outside was high. We didn’t even have to ask. Location was good too. It was only a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro station. The shared toilets and showers were clean.

Good value for money only problem was nobody letting you into the property had to wait 20 minutes after repeated bell ringing and door knocking. By overall okay fairly close to nearest metro and small bar restaurant outside.

Good little hotel, very warm room which was ideal given how cold it was outside. Only downside was the communal shower was outside so it was quite cold. Sure it would be fine in the summer. Not far from metro stations either

It was nice to stay with all my friends in the same room for one night. I would not do it for longer than two days. The rooms are small but the price is not bad. You get what you pay for. The owner is super nice and friendly. There are nice restaurants, stores, and bakeries nearby.

This is no Hotel. This is a junkyard! Everything was broken, Window did not close, bed was dirty and there were a Mouse was running through my room! Disgusting.

A hotel that looks more like a house, has no relation to the pictures it publishes, my flight suffered a delay, I arrived at the hotel at night and they did not open the door, I had the reservation paid, Hotels.com and Hotel RACHEL, I do not know they took charge and they did not return the paid reservation, there is no one to make the claim

Good time manager was very cool. Got what i paid for. Would consider puting info about tax asked for when you check in.

They don't clean the room, they asked you to clean it yourself and to bring the garbage to the bin that is located outside or should I say in their courtyard. they don't provide towels on a daily basis. They provide you one towel and expect for you to use it for you whole stay. there's no TV and no phone, no cup is provided and no body soap. my experience with them, their fees are higher than all the other hotels that I stayed for my stayed in Europe and yet, I did not experience any of that at at any other hotels. I will recommend any other hotel that I stayed but never this one

A reasonable choice for the cost. Good thing is that it is in zone 1 and saves on travel cost if you want to just be in the middle of Paris. Please ask for information about the initial check in method from the hotel as front desk is not always manned. WiFi access can be positional.

Too far from metro, unisex toilet and shower in camping style building

There was no bathroom attached to the room so we had to go outside to use the restroom. It was also far away from anything in Paris. Not the best

It was a good experience staying there. We loved the door, it was cute. They also provided toiletries for us, which was really nice. Unfortunately, the room had just a coach for the second person and no proper bed. The advertisement for the room was written a bit confusingly, so we didn't really know what to expect. But overall we had a really nice stay.
