I didnt even get my room me and my family rented a room went inside to pay only to find out it was a kiosk that didnt work hotels.com stole my money.

The night was noisy next door
The floor was wet , and for. Room T 80 doll asking for a deposit of 100 dollars which is still not refund is really too much.

Towel is dirty and the shower is shaking it seems going to fall off and hot water run out .Too noisy can't really sleep at night time too many people talking outside

It may have been remodeled but no new features. Shabby old stained furniture. Old mattress. Tv kept switching to a different channel on its own.

Automated check in was unexpected, but went smoothly. Because no one was actually working on site things that did come up like no batteries in the TV remote couldn't be addressed because "it was after 10 o'clock". The deadbolt for door to our room was missing and the door frame was split where someone had previously forced the door open and it hadn't been replaced.

You can tell the air is full of sea water. The front door of our room, the door handles have rust on them, also extremely difficult to open. There’s so much furniture in the room you only have one narrow path to walkway, so if you have more then one person in a room it’s quite cramped.

The price was 5 times what this dive is worth. $300 / because it was a holiday weekend.
The WORST was the Kiosks check in and no person to assist you. The electronic assistance is some guy with and accent, muffler voice that I had NO clue what he was saying. What a horrible experience. I locked my key inside, then my card stopped working and each time I had to go thru the same BS with this electronic Kiosks and you can not understand what there saying. The place is run down, people wandering about all hours of the night. This is a last place you would want to stay for $50 night.

Service was terrible, could not get clean towels, trash bags, or additional coffee / cups. Trash everywhere in the parking lot to include cigarette butts. There were lights on headboard that were inoperative, one broken outlet cover, and an overall run down look. There was never anyone at the front desk. You could only talk to someone through an intercom or through a kiosk screen. I was told that the “Team would be told about the items” I requested; received none of those items. When I went back in the evening to request, I was ignored by the person on the intercom and told to step away for other customers. I would not recommend this motel.

The virtual assistant seemed like he did not know what he was doing. When they got there there was an extra $100 deposit I put it on my card was told I’d get a receipt with my keys I never. I was told it would be refunded when I checked out it wasn’t. Was told they automatically refund it at 11 am. They haven’t yet. The number I was given to call no one has answered all day. What do I do at this point? The room was DIRTY I WILL ATTACH PICTURES

Absolutely gross. The floors were sticky and slimy, the shower was dirty and hair in the towels. The check in was virtually at a kiosk and it was glitchy. Overall terrible experience.

Nothing, couldn’t talk to a real person. Rooms did not look like the pictures on line. Ice machine didn’t work. Was told that alive person would in the office but no one showed up. The people we traveled with didn’t have any tables in there room. No tissue in there room & no one to ask for any. Left medication in room, went back but no one would open the door or even talk to him on the intercom. No soap in there room either. Latch on door was broken.

This was one of my worst hotel experiences ever. We found broken glass on the chair, a large puddle of some sort of cleaning solution on the floor, incredibly thin blankets on the beds, and no additional blanket options, the wifi access information we were given was incorrect, and there was no one on site to address any questions, just an outsourced videoconference kiosk for checking in and out (and we were there within usual open hours). Oh and the room was stocked with styrofoam cups. Who still uses styrofoam??

We were very disappointed by this motel. We were given a check-in time of 2 P.M. and our room wasn’t ready until after 3 P.M. as well as dents in the walls, and the bathroom door handle was completely unusable. There were people working on cars throughout the day, and even into the might, as well as toddlers and animals running around. It seemed as if locals might be living there and were very disruptive our entire stay. Definitely will not be staying here again, and glad we didn’t have our children with us.

This is probably the worst hotel I have ever booked. It’s over priced for the gross experience we received. First off we received a “courtesy” call, prechecking us in, but on the call the person just wanted to know our arrival time. After explaining that we are further up on the Oregon coast and we don’t know what time we’ll there, she said ok well check in is at 2 pm (it was currently 12 and we were about 5 plus hours away) I explained we didn’t have a plan on arriving at a set time, but she still insisted on putting down a time. So I told her I guess we can try to be there by 8. We ended up getting here at 9 pm. When you arrive be prepared to deal with a virtual person on a computer screen. (This might be convenient for a hotel that couldn’t be staffed 24/7) but they’re not staffed at all, we didn’t deal with a physical person since we arrived. Upon entering the room, after struggling to get the door open since it’s not sitting correctly, there was dirt on the floor, it didn’t look like it had been cleaned in who knows how long. Clearly from my review and others cleanliness is not their priority and neither is customer service. The bathroom is moldy, the towels were dingy as well as the beds and sheets, the walls were filthy, only two outlets worked. Don’t book here and we won’t be back.

This was not a fancy inn but it was a decent sleep and walking distance to groceries and the water. Did not like the remote check in process, but once checked in there were no issues.

There wasnt anyone on site, you check in with a kiosk which is fine but it didnt work very well. The whole property was dirty and there were... questionable... people seemingly living there and smoking outside constantly. The tub seemed like i was gonna fall through it while i was showering. Only a couple of the plugs worked. The bed was super hard. It was ok for how cheap it was, but I'd rather spend a little more money and stay somewhere nicer. I didn't want to take my shoes off inside, it was just dirty.

The room had a funky smell. The top comforter was dirty or stained. The floor has rocks through the room. Gave me wrong WiFi password and I couldn’t get ahold of anyone. It was late when I checked in. A refund would be nice.

The place is filthy. Upon arrival we walk in my son, goes to use the restroom, toilet handle brakes filled all over the floors and the walls, dirty tub, the bedding, soiled and blood on it mildew underneath the sink I can go on and on would never recommend it, not even to my dog or a cockroach.

the building is just ran down a little and there is not 24hr staff on sight. Using the computer to check in rather than a front desk person I really didn't like either.

While my expectations weren't high, I was disappointed to find dirty floors and paper-thin walls. This made it challenging to get a decent night's sleep after a tiring day of travel. I would suggest avoiding this place if possible.
