Absolutely amazing - the rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, eco-friendly and submerged in nature. Staff is friendly and the location is great!

This is a super clean friendly hotel Great check in Good English speaking receptionists which was good as I speak no Vietnamese I’m trying but it’s hard The staff are super friendly and the breakfast was faultless I highly recommend this place if in Phu quoc and it’s literally 2 or 3 min walk too beach

The staff are fine but the hotel is not 4 star , maybe 3 at best and that goes for breakfast if your quick enough b4 it runs out

Reasonable price in the middle of Dong Duong town. Where most of the restaurants and activities are around. The staff was nice and friendly

Overall the room was clean. Staffs are friendly. Check in very fast not wait for too long. Although check in time at 2 but they let us check in as early as 12pm. Please call check in with them to see if they have room available to check in early... Do not wait till check in time

I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was close to the beach and some of my favourite restaurants. The breakfast was decent and had a good variety of foods to choose from. The pool area was wonderful and often not very busy. The rooms were spacious only complaint would be the hard beds but it wasn’t terrible. The staff was friendly but could have done a better job providing a bit more information on the hotel and it’s amenities (spa, breakfast, wifi, building orientation)

This was a very nice hotel, super clean and welcoming. The staff were helpful and professional. Rooms were huge with nice view. Best part was the very big pool and skye bar. It was so much fun spending time here with my husband. Everything was close by, and very convenient. We give this place a 5/5, and hope that we can come here again soon! Stay here if you want a relaxing and fun atmosphere for vacation!

Good clean comfortable hotel with a nice pool, gym and bar. Excellent location for restaurants, marts, bars, massages. Walking distance to night market. Free shuttle bus to Vinpearl Land/Safari just in front the hotel. Walking distance to beach but beach not very clean, better to take the trip to Sao Beach (the nicest beach in Phu Quoc)

I had difficulties with another hotel booking and seek help from Ocean Pearl to send me a Taxi. Justin - Reservation Office was particularly helpful. He make sure I got into the taxi and arrive safely at Ocean Pearl.The rest of the hotel staff were warm, although the facilities is not very new. I sincerely appreciate the extra service from Justin and I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great time at Ocean Pearl Hotel. The room was amazing, very comfortable, big bed and nice bath with view to the ocean. It was very cleaned as well. The location is good, a lot of restaurants around and massage placed. Even though it seems almost in front of the beach you kind of have to walk 15 minutes to find a route to the beach since the resorts in front of the beach does not allow people to go through. The staffs English was very poor, just some people really had good English. The breakfast was great! They also had a New Years Eve party that was super nice. At the top of the hotel there is a bar, we stayed at the last floor, so it was super noisy until 2pm. For us it was not a problem, but a lot of people may not like it.

There's nothing really wrong with the hotel. It does most things fine, but nothing is great. The pool stands out as a definite plus, but everything else is pretty standard.

Nice hotel on a good place. Many restaurants nearby. There was many choices at the breakfast. We loved especially the fresh fruits. The swimming pool is refreshing. The minus part was the nightclub Skye on the roof of the front building: we could hear the music pretty loud to our room even though we were in a different building and because of that we had some trouble to sleep. The nightclub is open until 2 am. We visit Skye one evening. There is a nice view, but unprofessional service and bad drinks. A petty.

Nice and well maintained hotel at the busiest part of phu quoc. Lots of noisy restaurants nearby, but inside rooms the noise level is tolerable. Exceptionally good service at reception, english speaking was fluent compared to other services around the island. Skye bar on the top roof was one of the nicest night spending places of the island.

This hotel is a good value and is ~20 minute walk to the night market. The rooms are clean, but we had no hot water and a broken phone on our second stay. Overall, the breakfast is good (soup especially) and the staff is very nice.

Great pool! Nice breakfast restaurant, friendly and helpful service (although the staff didn't really speak much English) Everything was fine really except hard pillows and kind of loud music from a nearby disco. Wi-fi connection was poor in the room but better in the lobby and restaurant. Close to beach and restaurants.

I would stay here again. My only complaints, bed kinda hard and the white wall in the room was dirty, kinda gross.The pool was really nice, breakfast was good, location was great.

this hotel had a problem before: a building site next to it. Now it is finish and you can really enjoy the place. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool is very nice especially when you get your breakfast next to the pool. Well, I really recommend the hotel. Do not worry anymore for the noise from the building site.

Our first thought was to get a hotel along the ocean. They were either quite pricy or quite run down. We were across the road from the ocean and the hotel has an agreement to use a nieghboiuring hotel's beach access. It was perfect for the price. The hotel pool is quite nice, thanks staff were really good, the rooms were clean and big and the breakfast that was included was tasty.
