The hotel is right in front of the beach and many restaurants are within walking distance .. the hotel is a bit run down and hot … no ac in a lobby or elevator
The hotel is a bit rundown but is in a good location.. right across from the beach.. many restaurants are within walking distance.. the room is spacious and clean.. bed is comfortable.. the breakfast could be better.. the food was just ok but there’s no assistant with getting a table.. not good.. also there’s no ac everywhere but in a guest rooms

I was booked 3 room for my family last couple weeks. There’s something happened during my vacation time so I couldn’t get those rooms. I called hotel and talk to the staffs, they understood and helped me to move my booking to the other weeks. When I come to get my rooms, staffs in hotel so nice, they are asking and helping us whatever we need for our vacation. The rooms are beautiful with sea viewing, everything are clean. My kids they loved it. Recommended this hotel and I will book it again when I come back to DaNang.

Great hotel in great location! 5 stars right across the road from the My Khe Beach area. Spacious room, comfy bed, copious hot water & effective aircon. Staff friendly & attentive. Great buffet breakfast and other meals in the dining room were excellent. Nice pool & gym area. Highly recomended.

We loved our stay here, we were treated so very well and everyone was so kind to us and our children. The pool facilities were wonderful woth a great pool bar that always had friendly staff working there. The pool boys were also wonderful and so caring towards our children. They had a fabulous buffet breakfast and we had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful member of staff who made each of our mornings so special. Her name was Truc (spelling may not be correct) but we loved her and i still miss her now! The room were always so clean and tidy and serviced daily. We had a sea view room and wow all i can say is it was stunning! We were on floor 18 so nice and high up and felt like we were in the water! Overall couldnt be happier with our stay and our kids loved that they set their snugglies up on their bed each day on their pillows, such a nice touch.

The hotel was dated. The lobby was too noisy. The hotel hallway was so hot. They didn’t have air condition anywhere besides the lobby. The staffs there were not very accommodating to the customers needs. We came as a family specifically request to be on the same floor 5 months go and they gave one of our room to someone else. Thus, our family had to stay 2 different floor.

Great location for the beach, dragon bridge, and night market. Quiet at night. Walking distance to very good seafood restaurant. Very good breakfast selection. Our 9 year old son enjoyed the pool.

Everything was great about this hotel, from the friendly staff to the clean, modern and spacious room. The breakfast buffet and room service food was also very good. Will definitely return when back in DaNang.

Ok Hotel, doesn’t feel like 5 stars at all though. Very thin walls and doors you actually hear the people in the other rooms talk, even if it’s with a very low voice. Great location just next to the beach. The breakfast is meh.

Stayed two nights with little kids. Room was a bit outdated and bathroom shower booth was too small. But the room was clean and the beach view was amazing. Really close to the beach. A bit far from restaurant areas - so we had to take a Grab (Uber-like). We enjoyed their pool a lot too. Pool was not the cleanest to be honest but was pretty big and not too deep. Also their breakfast buffet was best (compared to other hotels we stayed later). Strongly recommend!!

Great place to stay. Lovely breakfast buffet. Used roomservice once and it was great. Pool was really nice, beach right across the street. 20 min walk to the Dragon Bridge and market.

The accomodation itself was good, but the check-in was disappointing: the staff barely understood English; only after insisting we could get a second key, and we had to hand over our passports during the whole stay at the hotel. The bell boy was showing off with our luggage and wanted a bigger fee.
However the staff at the restaurant where we had dinner was very friendly and spoke good English.
When we had to check out my husband got his brother-in-law's passport. Luckily we had to leave the hotel at the same time. Furthermore they did not appreciate that we arranged our own transport.

There really isn’t anything to dislike in this hotel! All the staff, without exception, are attentive, very friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and bright with beautiful water views, great showers wtc. A marvellous selection of food for breakfast and nicely presented - temptations abound to sample more than is probably good for you! However, a swim in the huge swimming pool (incl. bar!) will solve all calorie problems. - Grand Tourane is a grand hotel to unreservedly recommend!

Hotel is fabulous. Large rooms. Excellent location. Fabulous swimming pool. Breakfasts couldn’t be better. Kept staying longer than planned. Joy at the tourist info desk was extremely helpful.

Directly opposite the main beach, and with it's own large pool, this is a great hotel for a short break. We were given an upgraded room which was nice to look over the ocean, unfortunately there is loudspeakers on the beach path playing music all night. If you are a light sleeper I recommend getting a room facing the city. The room it's self was lovely. Good mattress, pillows and sheets. Nice bathroom, good tv channels and internet. Staff were very helpful, and even provided an umbrella to borrow. We went on a couple of excursions the hotel staff helped organise. It was not my first visit, and it will not be my last. The pool is amazing.
The room had a great view of the beach and sunrise.
The staff are super helpful.
Breakfast was great and slightly different each day.
One thing that was not great was wifi. A few times it didnt work but apart from that wverything was great.

The staff were very attentive, especially the bar staff downstairs and the pool staff. The hotel manager was lovely too. The sea view was the best view we have had from a hotel room - highly recommend paying for the upgrade.Only part that could of been better was to have the sky bar open for drinks at nighttime but I understand this was due to covid measures.

We really enjoyed our week long stay at the Grand Tourane. The room was a good size even with 3 of us in it. The housekeeping staff were very attentive and accommodating. The pool was beautiful, not many hotels in Da Nang offer ground floor pools so this was a nice feature! The pool had a nice pool bar however it took a long time to get drinks! The breakfast had a wide variety of food, the hash browns were especially good. The majority of the staff were friendly however some were unwilling to help.The location was great, there were many cute restaurants, spas and bars in a walkable distance. All in all a good stay and would recommend the hotel, at the price we paid it was exceptional!

古めなホテルだが掃除が行き届いていて、水回りがきれいだったので、部屋はあまり古さは感じなかった。ホテルの周りにコンビニがないのがちょっと不便。どこに行くにもタクシーが必要。KoreanとChineseがとても多かった。
