This is a well situated hotel near the historic centre and on a quiet road with free parking. The receptionist spoke good English which was really helpful and was kind a helpful. The hotel is basic as it is a budget hotel but clean and the beds are comfortable

Main entrance lets the property down. But once upstairs, the aesthetic improves and the rooms are compact but modern, clean and perfectly adequate for a short stay. Not much in the immediate area. Limited parking available along adjacent streets. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Good value.

A quick overnight stay in central Le Mans. Ibis was easy to navigate to, nice building, clean and quiet room with decent bathroom & very helpful and polite reception staff. On-street parking was available even though its right in the City centre. Amazing value (below €40) for a quick visit. I'll use it again for sure. Recommended. Une courte nuitée dans le centre du Mans. Il était facile d'accéder à l'Ibis, beau bâtiment, chambre propre et calme avec salle de bain correcte et personnel de la réception très serviable et poli. Un parking sur rue était disponible même si c'est en plein centre-ville. Valeur incroyable (moins de 40 €) pour une visite rapide. Je vais l'utiliser à nouveau à coup sûr. Conseillé.

We arrived very late, we knew what to expect as we had previously stayed. In an ibis budget. The gentleman on reception was very polite, the building was quite shabby but easy find. Lack of parking but that may be because we didn't park in the right place maybe. The room was basic but clean and comfy. The desk was manned 24hours so no issue with check in. We paid the extra 6.60€ for breakfast, again basic but fresh and filling. I would use ibis budget again. Espe ially after a long day driving. The bathroom was clean, the shower was hot, no insects. We had room 402. Double bed with bunk bed over the top. It's fine fir a quick stop over. The room had a TV, it was 2am when we arrived so don't know if it worked or not. Easy key drop at check out and slept like a baby

No own parking place !!

The decor is rather institutional, but the room was clean and cheap so we were happy. Air conditioning was an unexpected bonus in the midst of the heatwave. Only negative is the checkin staff double charged us, and it was a hassle to get a refund.

Hotel is not the freshest, but room was big clean and quite and staff friendly. Laso great location for town center.

Great location close to town centre. Loads of good restaurants within walking distance. Good breakfast. Parking is the only problem. Very difficult to find anywhere near hotel unless you get very lucky.

Ok hotel it was budget for sure but at E54 what more can you ask. The room had a double bed with a bunk over it. I ended up sleeping in the bunk as my child wasn’t happy.... if you have ever slept in a Scania truck you will at home here. The air con unit was next to the bunk and reminded me of nights in sleeper cabs with refrigerated trailers attached!!!! Clean room and ok. Good value for E54 what more can you ask

We stayed here to break our long drive. It is easily located to city centre and is very basic! We would stay here again if we need to.

FD closes at 9pm. They have closed parking but upon arrival is not inmedeately visible; so I parked on the street and then have to go and move my car. Fortunately I got there 30 min before the FD clerk left so someone could explain me all the details about the Hotel. Room was small but clean. I could had used more electrical plugs to charge my devices. In all honesty; I cant complain; you get what you pay for!

We had 2 nights in this hotel, which is only a two star. I thought it was a bit pricey for what it was (€ 72 p.night is not what I would call budget), but it was clean, well situated and the beds were confortable. However, even for a 2 star I would expect certain things as standard in a hotel room, such as a toilet brush, hand towels, there was no bin in the toilet (awkward for the ladies sanitary needs), bathmat (when we asked about this, we were told we could have one, but as it is only 2 star it did not have it as standard..). Wifi was free, but very slow. Parking was also free, shared with the Mercure hotel next door (who incidentally have to pay for the same parking). Staff very friendly, and gave a great tip on a place for dinner.
