Nice, quiet beachfront property only 2 miles from the ferry dock. The bungalow was well appointed with a kitchen on the ground floor and a nice, spacious living area above.

Great little beach 30 steps from ocean and bar but still very quiet. Room a fraction small but besides sleeping why do you go there Great to sit on front porch read and listen to waves

RUN AWAY! The owners here are EXTREMELY rude. The owner yelled at my wife on our honeymoon and made her cry. We asked for a refund immediately after arriving on the property and were met with unprofessional and aggressive remarks. The rooms are TINY, not well kept, you will find mold, spider webs, insects, and more. Also, don’t expect the doors to close properly or be secure. Spend your money somewhere else.

We stayed at PBR for 5 nights and it could not have been a better ending to our trip. The bungalow was spacious and clean, and the surrounding garden and beach area was kept tidy and clean at all times. The beach and pool area is perfect for relaxing and having a cold drink, or ten, and the staff is helpful with anything you might need help with. A quiet paradise with the islands partylife just a short taxi ride away. Will definitley stay here again.

This resort was good considering it was so cheap but the rooms could do with an update. The location is a little bit away from the more happening part of the island, but isn’t far in a taxi. The restaurant is a little more pricy than other restaurants and I personally didn’t like the food. The beach that the resort is on is stunning, very clean and relaxing. There is also a list of fines you will have to pay if you break any of the “rules”, like bringing outside food into the resort, getting dirt on the sheets and towels etc. Overall I would say 6.5/10 and probably wouldn’t stay here again

The owners and staff are amazing. It is a good distance from the crazy party of haad rin so you get to enjoy some quite time but only a short taxi ride away. Stunning sunsets and great food.

The rooms and facilities are okay. The hotel staff is lovely and helpful.

It was the best experience to stay in a such a nice place & would like to highly appreciate the services provided by this dedicated professional team.Especially the Kitchen staff is well aware of international cuisines. Looking forward to stay here again.

The beach area here is beautiful and the little individual bungalows are very cute. However the service was appalling. We had quite a bit of trouble checking in and the receptionist was very rude. On one day we wanted to change our sheets early and asked the cleaning staff, when the refused saying it was too late in the day (it was 3 pm) we asked if we could have clean sheets and towels and do it ourselves. They still refused. The owner was also very abrasive. We misplaced a towel temporarily one afternoon and she began yelling at the staff and at us to find it immediately or we would be charged. Lastly, we had asked for extra pillows and they also refused. In summary, the grounds are lovely but I wouldn't go again.

NO OUTSIDE food and drinks are allowed in the resort which can be troublesome, but the result restaurant is very good. If you are looking for a quite beach within budget, this is a place to consider. PS bathroom is aired and kinda "disconnected" to the room; it is possible for bugs to get in.

Really nice beach resort. Shame our beach view bungalow was right behind a massive tree but still the atmosphere was amazing and the view just beautiful. Beach however not for real swimming - quite flat water.

My girlfriend and I had a really great experience here. The couple who run this resort were helpful with anything we needed. The pool area and beach view was beautiful. The bartender Wai was absolutely awesome. We ended up going to the jungle and full moon party with him, as well as Songkran. Definitely a great guy! The food and drink prices were very good and the quality was great as well. The place had great vibes with it whether you want to just relax or have some fun. The beach view bungalow reminded me of camping in a cabin which I really enjoyed. The beds were fairly comfy, so that helped too. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

This is ridiculous- in all our travels, have never seen such a stupid policy. This would be particularly hard if you travelled with children. There is very little seating on the beach, unless you sit on cushions on the ground. The resort needs more than 2 loungers on the beach and some umbrellas. On a positive note, the restaurant food was good and the bar staff were friendly. Some of the other staff did not ever smile or say hello.

Ask about your belongings before leaving (deposit, passport). The hotel staff is not on top of returning them to you. You also have to eat out or at their restaurant (mediocre food) but NO outside food in hotel premises not even peanuts. We also got back one morning (5am) to find that the water on the property had been shut off and were frantically looking for hotel staff. One heard us calling and did not come we found their living space and had to knock on her room.

We arrived and changed our booking from room to Garden Bungalow. We had bungalow A5. We arrived in the evening and were very happy. The beach looked very nice. The beach location is very beautiful but it was not possible to swim. But anyway this you cant Change. So we went every day to another beaches. I recommend not to rent a bike in the hotel because they use an extern Company. We didn't make very good pictures. This was our fault. In the end we had a motorbike for two days and payed 5900 baht for scratches. So take care and make good pictures. We had bad pictures and then we werent secure. The reception is open from 8 am to 10 pm. The staff in the reception were friendly but I booked a snorkeling trip with them for Orion and they didn't tell me that you have to pay 300 baht before you enter the boat. Anyway it's ok but it would have been better to know it before because I asked what is the total price. We had some cockroaches in our bungalow and on the picture you see a small one and a big one. Yesterday the last night it happened something awful. The big cockroach was on the bed of my friend. Luckily I woke up. I didn't make a picture because we were scared and we finally managed to get rid of it. There was a small space between the toilet and the room so they could enter our room. This was not possible to close. It's ok in the bathroom to have them but not while I'm sleeping. I googled and I think on the other picture above the mirror is from the cockroaches. The dog

Location was lovely on the beach, the pool was nice and so were the rooms. The staff were unprofessional at times as they discussed issues such as deducting staffs pay due to a task not being carried out right as well as having an argument on the beach with a couple that walked onto it because of their dogs and saying some rude remarks about the couple within hearing distance of guests.
