Several times the hotel forgot our food orders. The room had a sewage smell after complaining it was offered a lower grade room which is a bit pathetic. The swimming pool doesn’t have maintenance the wall and floor are in a quite bad shape. Definitely is not 5 star hotel is more a 3 star hotel. Besides this it’s a good 3 start hotel not a 5 star hotel.

Very great hotel!!! Except that you can't go anywhere if you don't have a car...

Staff were really friendly and helpful we had a late check in and they were most helpful with providing us with a meal and taking our luggage up to our room. It helped us to relax after a long day, excellent.

The room was clean and fresh. The bed was the only minor fault - not the best mattress otherwise fantastic. The breakfast was lovely. The evening meal buffet was poor and overpriced. Plenty of parking. Not enough sun loungers. I would definitely stay here again. Some good local restaurants within a few miles.

This is an amazing hotel, but it didn't offer a fully serviced restaurant. The menu on offer was very much pre-prepared food only. There was not even a chef to complain to. If you plan to stay at this hotel, add to your plans the need to drive out to a town for an evening meal. There is nothing local to this hotel.

Nice hotel but some things should be improved: we asked double bed-we got two twin beds, put next to eachother-we have been falling in between them all the time. Curtains in the room were super dusty, shower could be cleaner. Robes only in xl size (waaay to big), torn pockets. External children area floor covered with green fabric full of holes-dangerous for children and simply looking bad. Windows in the internal swimming pool dirty. Breakfast ok, but they serve water that tastes like tap water, glases only 100ml (in a 5* hotel?!)-to hydrate yourself you need to visit water/juice station several times. Swimming pool bar closed 1 hour before closing the pool, during the day some drinks not availiable (bartender send me to go upstairs to the other bar). In general: nice design of the room and the hotel itself, nice relaxing area and swimming pool, great views, friendly staff (but some don’t speak English). Hotel more for families with children (lot of them, very loud) than for a romantic weekend.

Lovely, peaceful, modern resort. Staff are lovely and extremely helpful. Would stay again!

Perfect only thing I would say is the surrounding area does not have much to do but the hotel itself is immaculate

Hotel was nice and the staff were really friendly . The only drawback was the hotel was far from nearby cities.
