Best room ever with the sauna!

Firstly, there was air conditioning and most things were available. The location is good. Good amenities. The room bar is convenient. However, at least water should be free. The staff were very helpful and gave me a bottle of water when I checked out, which was nice!

We Booked this hotel last year and we were pretty satisfied, specially with the location, parking, and it’s close to all the things we wanna see. This year we booked the same room,pay much more money, but we still wanted to be Because it’s quite spacious and designed. But we we arrived the whole horror begin first with the customer service from front desk then, after that,with The manager that we don’t even know if it is a manager who was yelling at us that we don’t have other choice, but get refund of some money that we paid and get in that room that we didn’t want it. I’m saying all this because the rooms that they are put us in a ridiculously small. You cannot even call that place a room. so just for your safety double check which room you getting because those people there are horrible and then don’t wanna cooperate. Specially, if you’re booking through Expedia or booking because they put the picture, square foot and all the information from that room but when you get there, it’s completely different story. I would never recommend that hotel.

10/10 The room was perfect and very trendy. I loved the mattress so much I took a photo of the tag. Very great location in the city center near fortress and Skadarlija - east bus to St Sava and Nickola Museum. The best was their hospitality though, I can’t say enough about their staff and hospitality. They communicated very well through What’s App 24/7, they arranged my airport transfer and helped me find the right bus to take around town. They kept my bags before my check in and got me into my room as soon as possible since I arrived at 5am. I was able to borrow an extra outlet converter to use while there. After my check out they kept my bags again so I could explore the city more and even gave me a bag with two waters for my overnight train. So sweet! I wish I could have stayed longer. Did I mention how comfortable the bed was?

This property used toxic perfumed cleaning products that I had an allergic reaction to. Despite airing out the room they gave to me and a second room they offered me I was forced to check out after the 1st day out of a 5 day reservation (I was not even able to stay there the first night - I had to get another hotel at 11pm. I checked out the second day). It was impossible to sleep there bc of the reaction I was having - difficulty breathing, severe headache, swollen glands, sore throat. I was happy to pay for the reservation considering it was past the cancellation period however I noticed they did rent out my room to someone else because the type of room I rented was sold out for the remaining 4 days of my reservation. To me that is sad that they would profit from my inability to stay there and charge both me and someone else for the room. This is unfair and unethical. Some of the staff members were helpful and one- a male- was super rude. I would not recommend staying here especially if you have any sensitivity to perfumes or toxic chemicals. I have never had such a reaction in the past. These perfumes were particularly strong and I simply was having this reaction I couldn’t control. This is not a kind place to stay - that they would choose to profit off this situation.

Loved this property!! cannot wait to stay here again. It is in the perfect location for walking to all the sights / restaurants. Staff was amazing and rooms are larger than the usual standard size.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. The location in the pedestrian area of the City Center is great. Parking is only a short walk away in a safe private garage. We highly recommend this hotel!

Parking is offsite and the hotel is in a pedestrian only area so managing luggage is somewhat inconvenient.

One Luxury Suites was an excellent place to stay! The rooms are extremely clean, cozy, and very well designed. There are brick walls to give it character and glass walls and mirrors to make the space nice and airy. The front desk was extremely helpful too. Location is perfect, right in the pedestrian area but a very short walk to the bus that will get you to the train station. This hotel is excellent.

The first room I got, with a queen bed, was so small I had to change for a bigger one. For the new price, I could have had a "real" hotel. There's no breakfast included, which is usually available elsewhere. Since there were lots of other choices available, this was not the best value.

I am old and have stayed in a lot of hotels. This is one of the best. The basics are all fine - comfortable bed, good modern bathroom, no street noise and good sound-separation between rooms, always clean and bright, desk managers always knowledgeable and helpful, excellent central location in pedestrianised area with supermarket, money exchange, coffee shops. Belgrade itself is very interesting, but there can be challenges with taxis/Uber/Bolt, phone service, currency, and streets labelled in Cyrillic script. The desk managers know the answers, they will spend time with you solving your problems (even if the problem is actually your fault). I would go back tomorrow.

I highly recommend this property if you want to stay in the center of Belgrade close to mang attractions. The staff is higly professional, always eager to help and accommodate your needs. Its very clean and safe hotel. Nearby many dining options, different shops.

If you want to be in the heart of 'action' this is a great place to stay. The room was a good size, the staff are very helpful and friendly, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
