My stay was less than great. The amenities were not represented well and the minimal options they had for food and drink were expired. I had to purchase a pizza for $15 and make it myself. My TV didn’t work, and there were Keurig cups without a Keurig. The staff were friendly enough but overall, I was hoping for more.

Fantastic resort! We loved the heated pool & hot tub. Restaurant & bar had great food and live entertainment. Staff are great!

It was just a couples weekend .. love the pool/sauna area will be coming back !!

A nice layout, and very fresh look

The Quarterdeck is a lovely resort. Very new and modern, great bar and restaurant, and live music Sat. night was amazing too. Our room was spotless and amazing. The outdoor pool and hot tube open year-round with sauna was fabulous! We asked if they would get 2 bikes out for our overly nice March weekend, and they did! We would definitely stay there again, planning our next visit already.

Beautiful resort. Great location, amenities and staff

We stayed 2 nights. The staff was great! We ate at the restaurant several times and it was good food and better service! The pool was fun being that it was only 20 degrees out and the social house was good.

Outdoor swimming pool and whirlpool, not so sure it was warm enough inside but getting out would be the problem. It looked inviting, however we did play some games in the game room which were fun. Staff were very especially the manager man. It had an amazing view and whirlpool in the room was a plus. Will be back

our guest room was very nice and clean. We were disappointed that the sauna and pool were not complete. Our understanding was that it was to be completed this summer.

So.....from the outside the property is gorgeous! We thought it was a new build, however, it clearly is not! Our room (125) was NOT new in any way shape or form. There were lights that didn't work, TV was blurry, it was definitely stuck in the 80's. The shower had 4 inches of water in it when I got out, triangular hot tub in the corner didn't function, nice rock fireplace that didn't work, and it was a very foggy and chilly morning so the fireplace would have been nice! They clearly have done a TON of work on the resort and its still being worked on but the inside of our room was not new, and that's what I thought I was paying for!

Everything about Quarterdeck was top notch. The location, the service, the rooms, the food and beverages all exceeded expectations. Highly recommend staying at Quarterdeck.

Excellent place to stay. The hotel was very nice and clean. The restaurant and bar had great food and drink.

Best stay ever. Front desk abbey was so helpful. Complimentary ice was great. Room was beautiful. Can’t wait till the pool opens. Will definitely stay here again. Free use of kayaks and life jackets was also awesome. Can’t wait for bike trail to be finished so we can try out the e bikes

Easy and friendly check in. The resort is easy to navigate as it is small and quaint. Beautiful view of the lake. Steak dinner was delicious and drinks at fire table were delicious. Just a few issues that I would like to address ..as this place is not cheap to stay at. $1500 Canadian for 3 nights. First ..for cleanliness ..I would give our room a 4/10. Floors were not cleaned. Appliances were sweat wipes not polished. Garbage in between fridge and stove. Garbage can not wiped clean. Couch and lamp shades are stained. Patio doors and sills need to be washed. Stained coffee cups. No daily service is included ..like fresh linens etc. No one comes to check on you to see if all is good. Also, the patio door does not lock. Invest in some Clorox for the sinks ..to get some fresh smell into the room. Thanks.

This place was adorable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

The room was nice, it was very clean. However, no regular cream for coffee, nor any coffee other than decaf. No information packet about checkout procedures, etc. The food was meh. It came out in under 5 minutes, so, you know it wasn't actually cooked, probably just nuked. $17 for plate of nachos and it had some processed cheese sauce. It had some good points, fresh veggies, some real melted cheese, etc. Also, had the prime rib dip. Was meh too. The au jus was almost flavorless. Nothing to write home about. The Also, wasn't impressed with plastic glasses. The dessert now was another story, very good. Overall we enjoyed our stay, simply expected a bit more from a place like that. Maybe our expectations were off as the place gets great ratings.

No chairs in room to sit on. Tough to regulate air and heat

We had a double bed jacuzzi there was hair on the sheets on one bed, in the jacuzzi and shower. The bar beneath us closed at 10, however the loud music didn't stop until closer to midnight. Very limited snack or drink options. The air conditioner in the room didn't work.

Great place to stay. Would definitely go back.

It is such a fun place to stay!

The resort was absolutely gorgeous and so well maintained. We stayed while the weather was horrible out so we didnt venture. It would be a wonder place for anniversary or romantic getaways

Love the resort... Really need an indoor pool for winter! We saw the pics of the new outdoor pool area coming this spring-looks great!
