Not clean i found a dead insect in my bed. Pillow are trash. Very early check out. Very mediocre

it was cheap, so that was a good point. My husband stayed there, I stayed with relatives. It was ok for my husband, but there was no way I would have stayed there. Furnishings and rugs were very old and worn. Checking online it was the only motel that had a vacancy for the days we needed.

It is almost impossible to enter the parking lot, the ice machine was broken, there are constantly emergency vehicles sounding, the walls are thin so you can hear the person in the next room and traffic outside, the towels are so thin and scratchy.

Was only a few blocks from the hospital which is why we were in Winter Haven. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a coffee pot in the room

It's an old motel with some updates probably cost them a $1000 to renovate and furnish the whole room. You can hear loud cars driving by. $100-120 per night seems ridiculous, more like a $60-70 night type place that you stay at in a pinch. It's a 2 star motel. It felt relatively clean on the inside. The room was about 90 degrees when we arrived. Put the AC low but took several hours to get comfortable

The room was smelly, toilet dirty, towels dirty with stains and bed bugs crawling in the beds.

The short walk down to the lakefront is very nice and scenic. Abundance of eating choices from fast food to nice dining within very short distances. However the rooms were only barely clean. the beds are like sleeping on the ground and the room was infested with roaches. No storage space or areas to hang anything

When we checked in it was ok, you just ring a bell, got to the room and there was 2 bath towels 1hand towel and 1 wash cloth. We were there for my husband to get total hip replacement at the Winter Haven Hospital-so we needed 2 nights. There was No hand soap, shampoo, conditioner or lotion, ok I see we only paid 268.00 for 2 nights but I expected a few amenities, and there was Not a hair dryer. So we had to go buy these items, the next day after spending ALL day at the hospital my key wouldn’t work and there was No one on the premises to fix the issue, after 2 phone calls and 35 minutes of waiting outside the guy came to let me in and fix my key. I had stopped and gotten food for my dinner that I partially ate because it was Cold from waiting to get in my room. I am Very Disappointed to say the least.

It's a good place

There was construction going on in other rooms of the hotel until 10:30. Shady crowd hanging out in the parking lot and loudly talking all night. Non stop sirens and traffic sounds, could even hear the beeps from the crosswalk speaker in the room. Remote only worked for cable and TV couldn’t be turned off the entire night.

First day, NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE (requested a code--not given from office) WHEN CALLED TO HELP WITH TV(was tired and could not walk to office)no phone in room. Enjoyed car being near door, remodel bathroom, and stores nearby. Next day staff very friendly and helpful.

It was pretty clean for the most part. Parking is terrible.

The beds were not comfortable and they need coverings for concrete walls. And better locks on doors. But room clean and quiet.

The owner is very friendly and remembered me from the last time I stayed there for a half marathon the year before. The rooms have been newly renovated and were very nice. The mini fridge was new with a real freezer. Only suggestion would to have extra roll of toilet paper in the room and maybe a box of kleenex, but that was minor.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Ambulances frequently traveling from/to nearby hospital under siren was disturbingly noisy. Sheets were scratchy and one mattress had large hole to fall into. No ice.

I really enjoyed their new makeover the place looks great makes me think of a Miami boutique hotel

Very clean and friendly staff. Well lit at night, traffic can be a lil noisy but overall it was a great stay.

The beds were clean but in bad shape. Mattress was in great need of replacing.

Just an overnight stay near family. Older motel but an effort at updating. Nice bathroom and didn’t have that funky old motel smell or too much Fabuloso cleaner smell (ugh). Did have a visitor in the form of cockroaches, but that’s part of FL.

I have stayed there many times over the years and I was pleasantly surprised by the renovations. The room had a new tv, refrigerator, shower and beds. The bathroom had new tile on the floor and walls as well as a new sink and toilet. The air conditioning unit is also new.
