Nice hotel, but renovation going on now

Peaceful, quiet, clean, so convenient been meters away from Restaurants, Pubs, Bars, Shops... And most of all, the staff were very polite and friendly 👌

Service was not great. There was no hot water and no AC. Room was very basic. No toilet paper. I would reccomend staying else where.

Between missing my flight out due to trains and last flight out costing an extra $500 the accommodation was not at all what I booked. My booking was a room with a/c smoking balcony upstairs not ground floor and have mini fridge with ensuite that has hot and cold water.. Instead I was given a dirty old room with only a fan no hot water no fridge no linen towels/sheets no toilet paper or tissues, I also had a stairway to heaven to climb everytime I went to my room or out and for a 46yo that has a bad back and bad balance these stairs were quite a task glad I didn't drink I couldn't get up or down them drunk that's for sure. Also the bathroom door was rotten wood all brittle and broken away the room was only swept once while there so and bathroom never cleaned so glad my stay was shortened to 7 days instead of the 9 due to theft I was hacked and stolen from so came home early. As my specs were among things stolen I couldn't get on line to book transfer back to airport and was lucky other patrons helped with taxi cost as I was truly stranded no money and no help from the hotel staff at all thankfully the patrons that helped me got me to 7 days as it was day 3 I was robbed.

This place was amazing, peaceful, good energy, and zen atmosphere. The pool was very clean. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The morning breakfast was simple and good. Things to remember to bring are bathroom supplies such towels, soap, and shampoo. I would definitely recommend and will stay here again.

the bed look like a bit dirty, but for the price is ok for this hotel

The pool is amazing. The building to. We paid the least ammount so didn't expect much from the room. Bathroom a bit dirty and old, bed very thin and no blanket but amazing balcony though. You get what you pay for and for what qe paid it was balanced

Breakfast was good specially banana pancakes .. toilet bowl flush not working and room don’t have extra charger point

Disgustingly dirty sheets and bed and room. Worlds worst breakfast. You get what you pay for? BUT very sweet staff. They just are not trained and its $17a night. Stay anywhere else and pay a bit more or bring your own sheets but the mattress is badly stained also...TV does not have any channels. Its sad because the property is beautiful but very run down.

A nice hotel in a central location in Kuta. Including the usual Balinese choice of breakfast. The Balinese style buildings surround a nice garden courtyard with a pool that's kept clean. Staff is very friendly and responsive. The area is a bit something to get used to with all the motorbikes in the narrow streets. But inside it's relatively quiet.

The pool area was very nice. Some rooms here have been updated and are comfortable others are very old. This place has a lot of character and potential. If you stay in a cheap room. You need to bring your own towels and bedding and don’t expect hot water

The rooms were not like in the pictures and the bathroom were not clean in the room i got first. Than i paid double to get a room with AC and it was better than room with fan.

We didn't mind staying here, the rooms were alright and the pool was nice... But there wasn't any towels - which you have to buy from them if you didn't bring any, which isn't too convenient for backpackers like us. There also wasn't any blankets, and when we asked for some at the desk, they made us wait several more hours and we weren't allowed to pick them up until 9pm. They only ended up giving us sheets anyway... (Even though we didn't need blankets due to the hot weather). We also had to ask for toilet paper, and there was no hot water in the bathroom. There was a few nice restaurants around, and lots of shops to look through. There was a restaurant with live music being played next to our room, which we spent most of the night at with the company of many other tourists staying at the Suka beach inn, and other places around us. Breakfast wasn't bad, there weren't that many options to choose from - it was average.

cheapest stay such easy accommodation! right in the heart of tourist shopping street/area. we booked the air conditioned 1 bedroom just to keep our luggage in because we couldn't get a late check out in our previous place. that how ridiculously affordable this place is. room is big, generously sized. big pool, awesome location, everything you are looking for is within walking distance. would recommend for long term stay, couple or travelers definitely short stay. if your not looking for luxury but affordable decent accommodation THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY
