Quiet and safe, at 15 min around from Goreme. Staff very nice and available for every need. Some of them speak just a little English but they try to help you anyway. The room is exactly as the pictures; a wonderful experience!

I really had a great experience staying at the Elaa cave hotel. My room (51) was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was perfect and the service exceptional. The hotel terrace has an amazing view and it was fantastic to be able to have a tea and watch the sunset there after a long day touring the region. All the tours I took picked me up right there at the hotel, so it was very convenient.

Positive: The room was super comfortable, well styled, new and spacious! At the same time it's a cave room so you also experience the real Cappadocian lifestyle. The climate in the room is also super nice and cool while outside it's hot in the Summer. The staff is also super nice and the breakfast is delicious with homebaked items. Good to know: our 'suite room' was a few minutes walk away from the main building that has the rooftop. Also the WiFi was not working throughout our 3 nights stay, which made things quite difficult as there is also no 3G/4G network reception in the room as it's a cave room with thick walls.

Elaa Cave Hotel is a great choice for the couples who are looking for calmness and relaxation with the nice location it. All the hot spots are nearby and easy to reach if you have any kind of a vehicle. Necla who hospitalised us is a great lady with her lovely personality and delicious breakfast of course! Thank you for everything Necla! :)

Sweet Nerca will also be your host over a deliciously fresh Turkish spread for breakfast, or to assist you with daily cleaning and anything you may 'need'. Walk through the captivating valley that begins just paces from the hotel - here is a sure place to capture a display-worthy. The quaint town centre is just a very brief walk and you can enjoy a cheap coffee, some nuts from the stalls or visit the Ortahisar Castle. Goreme is also easily reachable by a brief car journey or 45-50 minute walk to take in the scenery (just 25 YTL each way). 1. I stayed cave room 2 nights. there is no air-con. the Turkish lady just gave me a fan as very hot.. 我住了兩個晚上，洞穴酒店是沒有空調。那個土藉女員給我一把電風線。但房間提供的棉被是非常好，晚上也是很熱.... 2. Many flies from outside even i used insecticide many times...... 房間門口和房間蜓都很多蒼蠅。即使你已經噴了很多殺虫劑.... 3. no dinner service provide.. how can you call HOTEL? 沒有晚餐提供。怎可以自稱為酒店? 而且附近是沒任何餐廳...

I stayed one night in Elaa and It was really amazing starting from the staff who were so warm and welcoming. I felt I am at my home. Delicious breakfast and some home made food. I'd rather to see an A/C in the room but it was fine for this time of the year. I highly recommend staying there. Thank you so much Elif.

Love it. The hotel was amazing. The breakfasts the best the staff was very helpful " Necla" the staff lady was the best . She was very nice served us breakfast and was very attentive .
