We came to TX for a softball tournament and after 18 hours of driving it was great to be greeted by friendly people and walk into a clean room. If we have table to Waco again we would definitely stay here again. The location was great. I wish we would’ve had time to go to the Dr Pepper museum.

Staff was awesome. I stay in a lot of hotels for work and this will go in my top category for places to stay again because of how awesome the staff was.

we arrived at our room and notice the restroom had not been properly cleaned. There was hair still in the bathroom vanity sink. The staff was notified and took care of the issue.

Stayed here while moving our son into his Baylor off campus apt. Great hotel, rooms are so spacious, works well if you are traveling with teenagers or kids. Nice nice staff. Will be back for sure.

Home2 suites was an excellent pet friendly clean hotel. However, hotels.com is what I would give a 1 star review for. When searching for a hotel, I checked the box for having a pet with me, how many beds we needed, how many occupants we had, then got our price. Once I went to the hotel, checked in, they told me I needed to pay an additional fee for my pet. It seemed super shady and sneaky to add an additional fee. We picked that hotel because of the price after we checked our animal. Won’t use hotels.com again.

Good room and famimy enjoyed pool. Was surprised by pet deposit though said pet friendly when booked. Also, most USB ports in rppm would not work and even some regular plugs which made it hard for recharging phone and devices.

My 4 day stay wasn’t a great experience for me. This was the first time staying at home 2 Suites. I generally do home wood suites, but was recommended by a reliable source. Parking was horrible never received clean towels had to ask. Room wasn’t clean very good hair was in the shower the thermostat fell off the wall. Never cleaned my room trash was overflowing and still when I called they only offered to bring some towels. No managers or housekeepers were available. They did offer to give points for my inconvenience. Thanks for that but another stay I will have to rethink that

walking distance to the church where I have to attend the event. The only hiccup we encountered at the room is the bath room door was locked and had to ask maintenance man to fix in the middle of the night. Other than that the hotel is very clean, staff are friendly, breakfast is good,

Request a room with a King bed. Got a 2 Queen. I have trouble beathing and walking. Was given a room on the 4th floor and at the very end of a long hallway.

I would say this was average for a hotel. Breakfast was equal to what to expect at this price point. Staff were friendly and helpful. The highway noise was apparent as well as sound traveling from other rooms. In general, the facility just seemed it needed updated. The bedding was thin and a bit scratchy. The shower floor was stained. But Everything worked like it should.

Normally I’m not very critical of hotels but there were just too many issues to count and I’m not sure how this place got the rating that it did. I’ve never checked into a room and had to clean out the microwave because the mess from the previous guests were still there. The beds were so sloppily made to the point where the sheets weren’t even tucked in. And I have no idea how old the mattress was but it was unbelievably lumpy. 10/10 would not recommend. For the price of this place just get an Airbnb.

The hotel is clean. The room was roomy clean and comfortable. There is a Bubba’s restaurant next door that is really good. Will stay here again.

Beds are small. They are full-size rather than queens. All else was very nice.
