Front desk was very friendly and room was OK. I don’t believe it was cleaned properly though and restocking of items seemed like they were used.

I chose the room with the hot tub because I wanted a nice soaking experience. I had to run and rinse out the hot tub a couple of times until the water appeared less rusty. The Jets were very underwhelming. Had I known, I would've went with a standard room and not paid the extra money for the hot tub room. Also, the room was a very short distance from the breakfast area and the people were very loud so if you're planning on sleeping in, don't get any room on the ground floor on the side where the breakfast area is.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was nice and clean, however, I needed a handicapped room which was at the very end of the hall. Ice machine was at the opposite end. Not convenient at all. Toilet was broken so I had to manually flush. The shower stool was broken, shower curtain was ripped as well. Had to step up about 2 feet to shower. Should have been a walk in. I may or may not stay again. It needs a little work.

Well, the gentleman at the front desk was very nice, I originally walked into the hotel to an extremely overwhelming smell of marijuana so much so that the front desk personnel was walking around, spraying some thing around the entire lobby area more than once because the smell was so strong and overwhelming. I’m not sure how that even happens in a public area like that, but in addition to the horrible smell of the hotel room was dirty with stains still on the toilet and debris and dirt on the floor

They were doing some construction around the side entrances and had to use the front, but other than that it was nice.

Hotel was average. Being a LaQuinta I expected better than this, but it is what it is. Bathroom looked horrible, sheet rock tape falling out of ceiling joint, mold in bathroom, paint all over everything in bathroom.

The stay was great even though the elevator was down we didn't mind. The reason I am giving it a three star is because I understand they have to charge a $100 deposit that is fine but when I checked in they charged me the deposit and when I checked out they charged it again. SO I had a hold on my banking for 5 days for $200 for a one night stay. I picked this hotel for the price to save money to have on my way to Disney and all it did was take $200 away from my kids spedinf money because we had to wait for the bank to remove the hold that the lady at the front desk said would fall off in 24 hours which did not. IF it wasn't for this they would of got a great review from me.

Air conditioner would not properly cool room. Temp control could be lowered below 73 degrees. If you want a really cool room for sleeping avoid staying here. Staff nice, except for the breakfast lady. Hotel very clean.

Smelled in room and halls. Pillows hard as a rock. No food in walking distance. Smokers in pool area. Breakfast food cold, eggs, sausage etc.

The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good. The room was very roomy and had a sofa bed that was nice to have as an extra area to relax in. The shower was great, too. Overall the accommodations were very good.

Our stay was fine. The room was pretty clean overall. When I called ahead to the reservations line, I was told over the phone that the pet deposit for $25/dog however if you are a rewards member, it is discounted to $10/dog. When I arrived to check in, the agent at the hotel had never heard that so I was charged the full $25/dog. We had 2 dogs so that was fairly disappointing.

From the outside this hotel looks very nice but when you walk through the halls they are all scratched and there are many paint spots and bleach marks on the carpet. We had to ask for another room that was clean once we got into our original room - it was not clean at all! Hair was all over the floor, the shower was not cleaned at all, the toilet was not cleaned, the toilet paper was half used, there were stains on the bed, and the wall thermostat was broken. The second room we got into was better but the bathroom was still not the cleanest and the toilet paper was still half used. In all, it was a bed to sleep in but for the price we expected it to be better kept and cleaned. Don’t be fooled by the appearance.

This was a very nice hotel. We were traveling with four of our grandchildren and they had a room big enough for all 6 of us. Plus our two dogs.

This property is conveniently located to visit our son quickly. It’s very clean and the staff is always very nice.

This property is almost exactly halfway to my destination in Florida. It’s is easily accessible off the interstate, and popular eating establishments are very good nearby. Our room was wheelchair accessible even though we had not asked for it. There were several places on the was that had been roughly patched, but not sanded and painted. Having been required to put down a $100 room damage deposit and then seeing the rough patches made me a bit uneasy, so I took pictures before I left. However, my deposit was fully returned to my credit card within 48 hours, so I was very pleased and relieved.

The staff at this location was very friendly and seemed to do their best. However, the rooms were musty and damp, hadn't been thoroughly cleaned (hair in showers, etc) and there was a large cockroach in our room. The staff was very accommodating and let us switch rooms and we did not make a big fuss since we were there for 1 night only while travelling. Breakfast was not presented well. It seemed like this location was understaffed or management wasn't keeping a good eye on it.

We were traveling with our family and two golden doodles, we were able to reserve a room with two queen beds, then an additional king room in the same suite. The size of this suite was amazing for a family of 5 and two dogs. The staff was courteous and polite. One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at.
