clean, well decorated, reasonably new with some advanced technology and very good breakfast

We've stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years when we come to town to visit family. This was by far the worst experience. My card got charged on the way there for more than what it was supposed too. I kept calling and someone was answering "hello" each time. I gave up and when we got in we waited 10 minutes for someone to show up to the desk. Got up to the room, no soap, dirty tub, and holes all along one of the walls. Went down later to get soap but they couldn't find any, the guy finally found some. No one made up the room the next day, we had both garbages overfilled. By our final morning we were just about out of toilet paper as well since no one ever made our room up. One of the ladies and a man were nice, another woman not so much. Overall just not a good stay this time. It also was way more money for 2 nights than ever before staying there.

Property is tucked back in a spot of the freeway. Traffic noise wasn't a problem. Property is slightly dated with done upgrades. Not to bad. Pretty clean. Bed is comfortable. Food is OK. I would go back.

Very nice hotel. Clean and updated. The rooms have a fridge and microwave. Pretty good size bathroom. The gym is small but functional. Downtown is about a mile away.

All of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

I thought the room was nice , clean Breakfast was excellent!! Lots of very good choices. I really enjoyed the cut up fruit a the potatoes were great some place I have been to they are drowned in oil these were Perfect ! Delicious banana muffins an my husband had waffles with whipped cream very much enjoyed . Will put this place on my will return too .

Great service, very clean and great location!

For the price I was expecting more. There was a weird smell (a smelly cleaning agent?)in the room and was given another to try and it had it too. So much so I could taste it after a while. It was the 3rd floor. A little moisture damage in the bathroom on ceiling and walls. It was a short one night stay on our way to Orlando. The staff was wonderful and made up for the small shortcoming of the room odor. In the morning the ‘free’ breakfast was okay and the coffee was good.

Great room but the shower is slippery. Soap on it and both of us almost fell.

My son, my granddaughter, and I stayed here on our way to Florida. It was very nice. The breakfast was extra good. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. I have decided that I am always going to stay at Hampton Inns while traveling whenever possible.

Hampton Inn is very neat and clean and up to date. Breakfast has everything to offer. Staff extremely nice. First time I’ve received a phone call asking if everything was ok in the room. We’ll stay here again.

Very friendly staff, easy check in. Clean with some minor wear and tear. Biggest thing is it’s right next to I75 which is convenient for a one night stay. But you do hear the traffic all night.

The avocado at breakfast was a great touch heard a few people commenting on it. It would be nice to have oatmeal raisin cookies along with the chocolate chip. Stayed here for years and keeps getting better!

Wall paper ripped in room and hallway. Toilet paper holder ripped off wall and poor covering of hole in wall Went to bkft at 9am- dry cereal empty x1, hot cereal almost empty Welcoming staff at checkin not welcoming. Room$200/ night not returning

Staff was not friendly or helpful. The exercise room smelled so bad we had to walk out.

Room was incredibly dirty. Found hair all over the shower. Bed also squeaky and very comfortable. Worst part of all was the air-conditioning. They have it on motion sensor so if you don’t move around in your sleep, you will die of heat. Pay $200 for a room. Ridiculous for this kind of room.

Maggie at the desk and the sweet lady (sadly I forgot her name) who works the breakfast area were amazing. Great hearts and kind service. Always checking to see how they can go above and beyond to exceed the expectation.

Great location off interstate, but noisy with traffic noise all night. Very clean and newly updated flooring and carpet.

Mostly the room was quiet. Staff was friendly and hotel was not to gar from highway.

An excellent stay. Extra kudos to Quisha and LaNiece for quick checkin and check out. And a special extra star for the delightful Vicki for a tasty breakfast and a sparkling personality.

The address is wrong. It’s actually South frontage Rd, not North. The area was a little sketchy/ abandoned. Check-in went fine. Arrived to our room to find food in the fridge from previous guest and hair in the bathtub. The floors were very dirty. There was no one at the front desk on our way out and back in from dinner to voice concerns. We arrived back at our room to find the AC still wasn’t cooling…it never got below 72. As we left, there was still no one at the front desk. We set our keys on the desk like others had before us. Will not stay again!

Our room was next to the kitchen and mechanical room, we heard noise most of the night. Complaint, but no change. Didn't suggest changing rooms.
