Friendly professional service from the whole staff.

Location is close to airport. They offer transfer services to and from the airport with stay. Location offers options near by for food. Located short walking distance to ATM, but not walking distance to Robinson Mall. It’s still close enough for you to take a tricycle though. They offer scheduled massages if you book early enough and a decent breakfast with stay. Rooms are okay we had to change rooms because one of our rooms had a mold smell. We were kindly transferred to another room, still had a hint of that smell with added spray from house cleaning but at that point we didn’t want to transfer again. Still enjoyed our stay mainly based on staff kindness, in-house spa/massage treatments, breakfast and airport transportation.

Seamless checkin, got assistance with luggage, the bellman introduced himself , introduced me to the amenities. Had 2 very nice meals, enjoyed an excellent massage, lounged at the pool. The staff already inquired about my flight connection for the next day and already had arranged a ride to the airport. The bellman doubled as the chauffeur to cover lunch for the regular driver, and still remembered my name. Is that important? I think so. Highly recommended and I will return there if I pass through Palawan again

What I like about this property is the top notch staff services, super friendliness and very warm smiles. I would come back for them. The airport transfer was very convenient too! The breakfast buffet was very good as well. I like the careful selection of foods, the salad and breads! What I didn’t like about the property is that they don’t have a pull out shower head haha😆it was extremely hard to shower! Also, some rooms smelled very bad (moldy) that I had to ask to change rooms! Which the staff courteously delivered. They really should check about this because molds hidden in carpet or curtains are not good for one’s health. Overall it was a wonderful stay! I was happy because best western pickup upon arrival. Their staff are kind and polite Also it’s accessible to the market. The breakfast is great. The receptionist call us when we have to board the vehicle for the tours

The staff were top notch. Very kind and considerate overall. We arrived very early and our room wasn’t ready but they were able to get into a room within 30-45 mins. Breakfast was really good. A nice balance of Filipino and western. At first, we only booked one day but after staying for just a short while we decided to extend our stay one more day. We made a mistake with our online booking but the hotel worked with Orbitz to remedy the situation. And we didn’t have to leave our original room and go into a room, which some hotels would generally do.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very polite and quick to help us with anything we needed. The room did have a musty smell but we would stay here again in the hopes that they address that only issue in the future. Very close to the airport and easy access to walk to resturants, shoping and night life. The included breakfast buffet was good with fresh omelets made to order and fresh juices. The coffee was also brewed rather then instant powdered coffee like we recieved at other hotels in the area.

Beautiful hotel, will definitely be staying there again when I go back over. All the staff were so friendly & polite we really didn't want to leave. Will definitely recommending to other people.

Clean great hotel. Unfortunately I had to leave really early as just got there to enjoy my vacation. Received a call that the island was closing as national lockdown was just 24 hours away. I had to scramble to get plane ticket back to Manila and ran out before was too late !

I stayed for one night at this hotel when passing through Puerto Princesa on my way to El Nido. Friendly staff, good service with early check in and located close to the city centre. Ok pool area and gym, food in barbecue restarant could be better but still ok.

Staff were great, very attentive. Bed was comfortable. Pool was nice . Good eats close by Underground river tour fantastic
