Amazing staff! Whatever requests or problems you might have they will try to solve them.

Our room was half in the basement so we only had a small window for natural light. The food in the restaurant was a bit pricy but there are plenty of other options around.

Room was excellent, spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Excellent location, only a few mins tricycle ride to town (for restaurants, bars etc). They provided a free airport pick up too. Our tour company collected us from the hotel for our day tours to Honda Bay and the Underground River.

There is no pool. Breakfast food is below average. If I had known it was not a buffet, I would've stayed elsewhere a lot cheaper for what it's worth. Also there is not reliable hot water.

The sauna and jacuzzi were nice. Room is also very spacious and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Shower only goes to lukewarm (slight nitpick as i like to shower with scalding hot water)

I love all the staff, everyone was super pleasant, willing to help make the stay as welcoming as possible, help with any question and assisted with all the transportation. They help plan all the trips, arranged and knock on the our door every time the guides arrived. Even in the morning they went as far as reminding us what we had planned for the day. The breakfast was fresh , really one of the best hotel stays I ever had.

I have no complaints about this stay. The staff really made this trip beyond perfect.

Everything about our stay here was excellent! The rooms were lovely and still so spacious for our group of 6. The food in the restaurant was delicious- we had both breakfast and dinner here. Even though we arrived late they turned on the hot tub for us to let us use it which was fabulous! Free airport transfer which is only 5 mins away too. Would definitely recommend.

I would say that this is the best hotel I have ever been. My wife and I just got married and had a lovely time there even if there was a caos with all the Coronavirus situation. They gave us and helped us with all they could. The staff was amazing and we were very happy with the installations. They did more than they had to for us. I recommend this place gladly, and I hope to come back in my next trip to the Philippines.
