I loved the fact that you can look
At the room prior to check in cause the first room had roaches and the second one had been slept in and wasn’t cleaned ….when letting the front desk know she was extremely understanding and did everything she could to accommodate me but she had no control of the rooms

TV cable was not provided for a one night stay. Floors were not clean.

I called to make certain alll was well s since I was arriving so late.
When I arrived, I was told there was no elevators and my room would be on the 2nd floor. 26 steps and 26 steps down. I ended up cancelling my stay. I would not be able to make flight up and down with my leg problem.
I suppose this hotel is not for the elderly. Also, it is illegal not to have an elevator especilally due the ADA. Americans with Dissabities Act.

I booked a room and when I arrived, the desk clerk stated they were sild out. Not a very friendly clerk I might add.

I was put on the 4th floor, the first room they wanted me to see looked like somebody was just laying in the bed, the chairs etc looked very dirty. My room keys weren’t working had to get it changed about 3 times. Asked for linen change & they said I have to come downstairs. There was no proper room service.

The elevator was none operational, the key card didn’t work and had to make multiple trips to the third floor.

We had a severe storm which knocked out our power with the temperature near 100 so we booked 2 rooms through expedia. When we arribed at the hotel, the only employee said she wouldnt honor our reservation beacuse the ele ator didnt work and the electric key cards didnt work and she wasnt walking to let everyone in their room by herself. Now Im fighting to get my money back and had to file a claim. Terrible!!! Never go here

The property was a nightmare. From loud doors slamming all night. Dirty stains on the bed linen. I asked could they be changed, the front desk told me I needed to bring my dirty towels that I had bled and already on the floor to walk on -due to no house shakes or socks.
That is the most insane not most but extremely uncompromising when I paid my money and then have to bring my own towels and sheets through the entire hotel outside and in front of other people.
Terrible service but you get what you pay for. I do not recommend for a higher quality of standards do not book. Only last resort if you MUST.

Very disappointed in my stay the other evening. It smelled really bad, elevators didn’t work, and room wasn’t the cleanest.

The stay was okay. The staff was great, very understanding and accommodating to change our room because of loud people in the room above and beside us. There were a lot of families staying there. The rooms were pretty clean. The elevator was out of service though and not really being worked on. So we had to walk up the stairs. It was just really active place so it wasn’t the best place for a relaxing time. But great if you just need a clean cool place to sleep.

This place is terrible, a lady was outside smoking weed when I walked up. The room smelled like someone had been smoking weed. Paint was coming off the wall in the room and the bed was brick hard. The elevator didn't work luckily we were on the second floor. Walked down the hall someone had dropped part of a joint. This place is not a good place to stay.

We only stayed 1 night but the elevator was broken and we were on the 4th floor. We had to move to the 4th floor because there was no air conditioning on the 3rd. The beds were very hard and not very comfortable. The bathrooms and sheets were clean. The entire hallway smelled like weed on every floor and our bathroom smelled like cigarettes all night and morning from the people below us. They were also smoking other things that you could smell. When leaving in the morning I walked out the front door with my son and there was a guy sitting right by the entrance smoking a joint!
However, the staff was very nice and friendly and the outside of the building was nice. Very deceiving!

This was an extended stay hotel which does not cater to vacationers! The hotel had strong perfume smell that was terrible for my allergies! The front desk person told me I could view the room before paying that was the first sign and then the elevator was broke and the room was on the first floor. This hotel should be removed from vacation travel rentals.

This property still has some cosmetics issues and because we need a place to sleep those couple of I do not believe actually saying something would fix it in the appropriate time we were going to be there for, example toilet seat was broken holes punched in the front of the bathroom door and the back of the bathroom door, no roaches from what I seen this go around but still more improvements are needed and the pricing seems off to me for 4 days it was close to 500 it was almost like the price for 4 days should have been the same price for 7 days

Though the property was conveniently located near shopping and dining options, we were disappointed to find that the elevator was out. The rooms could use some upgrades to the appliances, countertops and window treatments. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel Had potential but seems like owners letting it run down! In rooms, No blowdryer, no iron, no ice machines, no garbage in the bathroom, had no remote to work the tv. Odor in the hallways with stained carpet. Elevator was out of service for the whole weekend (and was on the 4th floor). Room was spacious though.
Location was good! Has potential with upkeep and Renovations.

The hotel looked and smelled in poor condition but it was late so we checked in. Elevator was out of service so we walked to our second and third floor rooms. Based on the smell and absolute filth in our rooms and the literal absence of any toilet paper in one of the rooms forced me to request an immediate full refund and check out. DO NOT stay here unless you choose to take the description "extended stay" literally and don't mind the smell of the meals that residents are cooking in their rooms. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING"

Elevator broken without update on repair. Room was in horrible shape, hole in bathroom door, walls in room were dirty with grime and blood splatter on walls and mirror in bathroom. Very unhealthy and unsanitary. Also had allergy problems while in room. Even though location was good, I would not stay again. Friendly staff.

Service was friendly and very helpful. First room we went into had a smell and there was a tile missing from the bathroom floor. But the front desk was able to give us a new room which was better.

Terrible run-down hotel. Dirty floors, furniture that should have been replaced years ago, elevator out of service, smelly, noisy (motorway and neighbors). Never again.
