Hotel in the middle of the action. Restaurant walking distance and excellent food. Also beach close bye.

We stayed on the first floor facing the street if you don,t mind the noise is ok but if you have problems falling at sleep change rooms, you can hear EVERYHING!
It is clean and nice but way to over price
Labor day monday morning I don't know why they were using a trimmer and a blower at 4AM COMMON!!!

Ups: Place is convenient, staff was nice, room was clean and location is amazing
Downs: our room had no TV, the tv table was empty however there was tv channel guide… bed was very hard and it was very noisy, you can hear everything around; music of the restaurants, steps, doors.
I would still stay again since it was such a convenient location, and it felt safe and clean.

No parking is available even thought it is offered, the room number and code was given to me wrong three times, only parts of the room had electricity, no hot water, curtain rod was broken, extremely loud in the mornings, and the service is extremely poor.

The property was very clean and Linda was amazing !!!! El Despecho was amazing food. The property is centrally located near all the restaurants, bars and the beach.

Small and cozy. Perfect spot for entertainment & food. Not parking friendly at night. Had to walk but who cares! I always make the best of life! Must have mosquito repellent with you.

This little family owned hotel was perfect for visiting Rincon . Walk out the door and you are right at the center of town across from the main Plaza. Cute roof top balcony BYOB ;) . The location is perfect and very convenient to bars and restaurants all walking distance. It’s nothing fancy but it’s very comfortable and clean. After hours it quiets down for a quiet sleep . I would say it was a pleasant experience and I loved the little coffee kiosk right outside the front door. You spend most of your time at the beach so no need for a pool here and if you need to exercise, walk on the beach and watch the amazing sunset !!

Excellent hotel, excellent service, rooms and facilities clean. Excellent Customer Service. Linda the Host in reception area is very nice, attentive and willing to help. This is not my first time staying at this hotel and will not be the last. Highly recommended.

No customer communication what so ever. Property states Hotel, not Hotel. Upon arrival, no access to property, called phone number in front of building and left multiple messages. No one from this establishment even had the courtesy to return our phone calls. We were forced to seek other accommodations. In the 7 days we were there Expedia couldn’t even reach anyone. They left messages as well.
