Being part of Marriott you have an expectation and it was met. We will stay at this location again.

Staff is very nice and helpful. Made you feel at home.

Great Location. Clean Area. Hidden charge for parking(they don't tell you up front). You get card to put on top of dashboard. Card tells you the daily charge, agent never mentioned charge, just said put in front dashboard. Breakfast not good. Use alternate breakfast options if you stay here. Just drink the Orange/Apple or Cranberry juice then go somewhere to get breakfast.

Nice hotel & staff. The breakfast could be better.

Not as expected; service was awful! Not the service we expect with Marriott chain. Breakfast just sucks and they don’t have any options at all. Too expensive pricing for what they offer.

Bummed there was no jacuzzi. We had tree branches banging against the window all night. Very nice property, very clean rooms, great AC operation.

Breakfast options were subpar. Waffle machine did not function properly and no microwave was available to fully cook the partially cooked offerings. The attendant was very pleasant and accommodating, however, there wasn’t any way to compensate for the poor resources available.

I got there at 5pm and one room was not ready, another room had blood on the bed sheets

Service was great! Price was reasonable, place was clean. The breakfast was OK - id probably suggest getting breakfast elsewhere, but that will depend on your preference. Overall, I’d stay again

The location is good , there are a lot of places to buy and eat. Bad thing is you have to pay for parking just because you are staying there

This was the worst hotel we stayed at in a long time. The TV wasn't working, the phone wasn't working, the shower handle was broken, the beds were uncomfortable, washing machine was broke the elevator wasn't working (when we went down the stairs the door going in was locked and you couldn't get in, had to go outside just to go around and back in), breakfast was a mess (long lines, barely anything to eat, bad breakfast).

The room is clean and the area is close to I-35, but not too close. Breakfast is ok. Front desk staff are polite. Was able to checked in early which is great.

The staff there were helpful and nice. The hotel was clean and quiet. I like to see a better breakfast bar and for them to get rid of that motion thermostat in the room.

Hotel was great. Good condition and centralized to stores and amenities. Room was clean, spacious, and the kitchenet was a plus. Gym and pool was clean to enjoy. Breakfast was good to get you through the start of the day. Overall would stay again and recommend.

First, the bed. Pillow top, two kinds of pillows (foam, feather), percale sheets, medium weight quilted blanket. Slept pretty well. It’s very quiet. Soft water. Everything was clean. AC very adjustable, lots of horizontal space between counter, shelves, and sofa. Table lamps have USB and outlet for electronics. Blackout curtains great, room spacious, shower nice, toiletries good quality, towels standard but clean. In room coffee maker never used (stuck to the brewed coffee at breakfast.). Kitchen outfitted to be pretty capable- utensils, plates/glasses/cups, a couple pans, toaster, liquid and dishwasher soap. Microwave is limited for setting power levels so you mostly have to use the presets (which I usually find useless.) Breakfast changed slightly every day. Yogurt/toppings, oatmeal, eggs, breakfast meats, some grab-n-go (like pre-packaged quiche or breakfast sandwich), muffins, fruit, coffee. And I think juice. If we’re ever again in Austin, we’d definitely stay here.

Nice and comfy!

I liked the property but noise from neighboring rooms. There is another issue with the charge for the room. 4 nights I was charged with one amount and 2 nights with higher amount with no explanations.

Nice accommodations in the room.

The air conditioner was not working.

Breakfast daily wasn't bad. The every other day cleaning would not have been bad, but they didn't leave extra garage bags or toilet paper ect.

Parked right across from door. Both taillights were stolen off my truck. No video cameras and pretty much nothing we could do. Be careful and mindful when you park. Was also approached by a lady in the parking lot wanting cash.

Clean property and good breakfast

Everything was easy and more than we expected. A perfect place to stay.

Everything was remarkable during our stay. I will save this place as a favorite.

Great place for our family trip to Austin. So many great restaurants close. Plus HEB was just a block away. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The stay was excellent right from booking all the to Check-out. The facility was well-maintained.
