The staff were incredible, the hotel is nice and they let us check in early!

Its ok for a property being old and sticking to its original architecture but at least it should be clean . It was dusty and very bad kept .

The swimming pool was not like the photos.

It is very outdated and the receptionist didn't tell us about the gym or the pool. Didnt even mention the wifi password. The place is dark, like even with the lights on.

Great hotel for a couple night stay in central San Pedro Sula for tourist purposes. Nice interior and even though just built in 2009, it has a very old school feel (real wood everywhere, etc...).

Transportations was not great. Unfortunately couldn’t be picked up by the driver. However, great customer services very professional, breakfast was great and staff was very humble and respectful. I am planing to go back again. But with a different conditions to make sure have good communication with customer regarding Pick up and drop off customer. Specially in San Pedro Sula that is an busy city.

This is the third time that my medical mission team and I have stayed in Hotel Gran Mediterraneo for our last night in Honduras. It is quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was courteous, kind and helpful. The location was excellent and right in the center of the city, but we felt very safe and secure.

Internet service was terrible in the room. Was charged about $30.00 for laundry service for less than 10 articles of clothing (other hotel we used to stay at was a lot less to wash a whole load of clothes).They did provide us with a mini-fridge upon request.

Beautiful hotel with excellent and helpful staff. Comfortable and quiet. My group and I were on our last night after our medical mission and we were grateful to have such a lovely place to stay.

Front office staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms comfortable and quiet. Breakfast fine. We were in the restaurant for supper, at 6:30 p.m. It took about an hour and a half, from the time we ordered, to get our meals (14 of us) and the meals were incomplete. They did give us a discount because of the errors. Everything else, other than supper, was fine.

The hotel is located in a bad area. You need to be very safe if you go out alone, (which I didn't). Men next door standing with rifles out front - I was terrified. Even contemplated changing my ticket to leave sooner. Wouldn't recommend to my friends or family.

This was a very nice hotel the customer service was excellent.The rooms was big spacious and clean.The food was good any service at the restaurant was excellent.In a very nice safe Neighborhood I even walk the street at night by myself.

Our room was very nice and the food in their restaurant was very good. It is in an area where we did not feel comfortable walking around .It costs $20.00 cab fare from the airport each way.

Great Hotel, Excellent customer service, and Excellent Food! However, I didnt like the Area too much (and parking was hard, didnt know there was parking downstairs; not easy to access it). The swimming pool is NOT a swimming pool, unless you are a Midget but its only like 3 feet deep. The Rooms, beds, pillows are all GREAT! But it could use a small Refrigerator. They are cheap with their coffee; could use 2 or 3 bags since its such a weak coffee you would need all 3 bags. but over all -- it was GREAT! : )

clean: I found 1 live mid size cockroach in my room, next day 1 spider in my door, carpet in my rom was with stains Location: nothing to do walking distance, the neigbord is not good gym: the most horrrible area, spinning bycicle did not work, weight machine either, there was just 1 weight set (rusted), carpet was dirty (I got allergy) other: internet speed is terrible, does not work I stayed in this hotel due the high rating, I don't understand how they got those rates, I travel every month and stay in many different hotels, for a $100 per night this hotel should be way better, I don't understand how they got the Confort franchise finally when I did the check out they charge me extra for a breakfast, all the hotels include 2 breakfast wether the other person is check in or not, this was not the case, I ask them if they will not charge for the breakfast due the inconvenience mentioned above which I wrote in the comnplain book, they say no....that is customer service right?

Walls a bit thin and the airconditioning unit was very noisy. But the facility was very pretty, the breakfast excellent and the service staff extremely helpful.

My family and I stay there for a week. We were very happy with the service and price. Very clean well staff the restauran had good food.
