Hotel is beautiful. Checkin and valet service was great. The room was very spacious and clean with refrigerator and safe. Bed was super comfortable. The shower was a little slippery and the sliding door doesn't give much privacy, but other than that loved the room. Loved the way they preserved the old room numbers and the marble floors. Breakfast was very slow , but servers were great and when food finally did arrive (after 30 plus minutes) it was delicious. Rooftop service was very marginal - we only had drinks but tables weren't cleaned and service was slow. Overall I'd give it 4 stars - hotel itself- location, decor, ambience 5 stars but service was 4 star.

This is an absolutely beautiful property! It’s right in the middle of historic Hot Springs, across from Bathhouse Row. Walking distance to everything. Room was perfect! Bed was cozy and condo and staff was attentive and professional! I’d go there again in a second!

The staff was welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived at Valet. Beautiful view from room was only outdone by the view from the rooftop restaurant. I do wish we would have known the rooftop closed at 7 on Sundays when booking because we planned to have dinner there the 1 night we stayed. Room was updated, clean, & spacious plus the bed was very comfortable. The somewhat private trail off the 4th floor was a nice bonus. Very much recommend!

So excited to be here, was really disappointed in rooftop bar and dining. Went up last night, beautiful night and they were out of just about everything so I ended up settling, which I didn’t think was cool.
In an addition, if you want menu is going to be limited on rooftop perhaps we can order from another venue on property and either take it up there or have it delivered it’s just a perfect spot to have a burger for example and is on the menu as sliders. However, they were out of a certain bun anyway they were out of a lot.
Dinner the night before in the hotel restaurant downstairs was excellent

Parking is valet and 30.00 a night.
Parking attendant did not give me my key when I left. It’s a push button start car. Thankful I had my spare key with me.

The hotel itself was very nice. We decided to go to the roof top lounge. It was very unorganized and the service was an unpleasant experience. The food tasted good but was a bit high priced.

From the moment we pulled up to valet park our experience at The Waters has been wonderful! The facility is so well maintained! Beautiful! The staff are all so friendly and helpful.

The renovated facility is quirky but nice enough. The biggest issue is noise. First room which was upgraded deluxe had so much road noise we immediately asked for a different room. They know it’s an issue because ear plugs were provided. The staff was helpful in getting us in a different room. This was ok until 6:30 am when metal clanging carts woke us up in the hall all three mornings.

At check in we did not receive the breakfast vouchers I paid for on line and every morning when I went to get the it was like pulling teeth and how quickly they forgot who I was. At the rooftop bar we went to eat and have some cocktails right before the band came on. The staff did not want us sitting on the lounge couch (the chairs at the tables are terribly uncomfortable) and then when we ordered our second drink we were told that was the limit and we couldn’t have anymore. Funny she cut us off at two Prosecco for me and Beer for my husband, when the day before we had three drinks while sitting up there and eating. The a/c never cooled our room off.

Hotel was nice, but fairly simple. Historical building in heart of Hot Springs that could probably do a little more on design to highlight the historical charm potential of the hotel. Rooftop bar and restaurant have appeal but the layout of space is awkward and more like a beachside cabana bar than an upscale rooftop restaurant/lounge. Staff was very nice but lacked the training of a higher end hotel. Would stay there again at the right price point next time I need to be in Hot Springs.

Choose this hotel because of the location to the park, we were just stopping for 1 quick night and wanted to be conveniently close to Hot Springs National Park to maximize our time. Hotel was super clean and staff was very friendly. Our room was quiet, we were not bothered by any road noise or hallway noise.
We were bummed that the rooftop was closed when we tried to go up around 7 on a Sunday night. I understand the bar closing early but it would have been nice to see the view. Also the bathroom door was a terrible as other reviews have said, dreadful design.
Overall happy with our stay though, would definitely stay again!

Beautiful hotel with easy access to all things Central Avenue! Shopping, bathhouses, dining - we especially enjoyed the rooftop bar! Friendly staff and easy valet parking - would definitely recommend this hotel!

I asked in advance for no feathers in the room as I am highly allergic. This was not done. Then I was told they only had one pillow non-down (to split b/n my wife and me)! We were on the second floor on the road side and it was incredibly loud with revving cars and Harleys till early in the morning. It was so bad there earplugs supplied by the hotel on the bedside table. The location is good and the marble is nice, but nothing else was worth the price
