The stay was good. Hotel was clean, how by the bath needed to be remodeled.

I went to get relaxation and that is exactly what I got. I the hotel is very clean and the atmosphere was very calm. I totally 💯 enjoyed my stay.

The room smelled like rotten shrimp peels or someone had spilled their seafood broil juice on the carpet. When I notified the front desk politely, she also politely said that the hotel is fully booked and gave me a can of Lysol. Unfortunately, the Lysol did not work, it was disgusting the entire night! For $325 a night (included $50 pet fee), it was the worst Hampton Inn experience ever! The rest of the room was clean. The hotel hallway carpet was showing age.

While we had a comfortable stay, our room smelled like wet dog, carpet in hall and room was very worn and dirty. The caulking around and in shower needs cleaned out and redone. Quite a bit of mold in and around shower. The desk lamp was hanging down and broken. The toilet paper holder was barely on the wall. The shelving on the wall near sink is also coming off the wall. We were told to go to different floors to different house cleaners to collect clean towels. Friendly staff, especially Jacey who checked us in. She went above and beyond.

Probably one of the worst Hamptons which I have stayed at. To start off with.. the automated blinds were broken.. the translucent blinds were down and wouldn’t go up and the black out ones didnt lower down. The bedding had an odour and didn’t feel and smell fresh and the carpets were dusty and just filthy. Lastly, something that I wouldn’t blame the property for was someone right on the floor above me kept moving around continuously from 12:45am to 5am. I think it’s important to have a specified quiet hours like most hotels nowadays.

When we arrive at the hotel we were given a sing King bed room rather than the 2 Queen bed we reserved. We were not made aware in advance and nothing was done to try to accommodate us.

We spent the weekend in Ocean City. We chose to stay here instead of hotels in Ocean City due to cost, amenities, and especially a continental breakfast included. We will come to stay here whenever we travel to Ocean City since it’s only 15 miles away to save cost with a better quiet place.

The perfect stay from check in to check out. I will always stay there if I’m in the area. I love the room, the free absolutely delicious breakfast, this is one of the best hotels!

No cups in room bathroom; lobby coffee cold and lids/cups didn’t fit which made it difficult to transport back to breakfast area; Morning hot breakfast items, ie eggs, sausage, were room temperature at best.

This hotel was amazing! We had never been to New Jersey before and it was a great spot and close to everything. The staff were great and the room was so nice and clean. We already said we are planning on going back! If you’re going to NJ you should definitely check it out! Thank you!

The property was pretty clean and the rooms were big. The breakfast was better than expected and the pool was nice. All over everything was nice and clean, would stay here again.

Ok property but room was tired and the terrible state of the peeling carpet tiles made it feel dirty. However bed was comfortable and clean and breakfast was delicious. It just all needed a bit of TLC but an ok stay.

Front desk staff is always amazing and welcoming. Is amazing I can travel with my dog. I love the chair and tv tray set up in the room. Outside landscape is beautiful. Bathrooms in room and new clan adn updated. Stayed here many times and its always a first choice.

Comfortable stay, room is clean. very convenient since it comes complete with microwave, fridge, coffee maker. the only thing is we called front desk to request for a pillow since im pregnant and having difficulty lay flat, we called twice they said they will send pillows to our room but never did.

I booked for two beds 2 weeks before and when I got there they gave me 1 king size bed I slept on the chair the first night before they change my room the 2nd day. I had a really bad experience that night.
