As many US travelers, we are always concerned with some of the unknowns of international travel, we are very happy to say that the Acropolis team went above and beyond a normal hotel duty. They were very accommodating, followed up with us from the time we boarded the plane, throughout our stay and departure. They organized our tour guide and offered a variety of options when it came to sight seeing or any other activity. They made us feel ver welcomed and provided an excellent customer experience. When they noticed we had kids and that the room we had reserved was not going to be the best fit, upon arrival they showed us other alternative rooms that could better suit our needs and have us a more spacious one free of charge. Their recommendations for tours and activities were fantastic, we had some of the best life time experiences with our families. If you are looking to create some amazing family moments with everlasting memories, the Acropolis team will definitively make this a reality! Excellent staff and service. Only issue was that it said each room offered a king bed and two twins and that was not the case. They put us in rooms based on our party size which took away our flexibility to switch up roommates (we were a large group). Also, they charged us extra because even though I put the children’s ages, they said that I didn’t get charged the adult rate for my 13 year old. It was a difference of $108 but was not a pleasant surprise upon arrival. Expedia and the hotel should honor the price we pay and fix this issue with the ages reported.

Recommended cave suite hotel in Urgup. The owner is very nice; the service as well. A very beautiful and calm place where to stay, close to the city center.

Amazing View from the balcony; great stay. Manager and other personnel were great, went out of their way to help us. Ouner (manager) was great.

There was a problem with wi-fi and electricity, but the owner is working on it right away which was great. Very friendly staff and great service especially during our breakfast. Good food too. Love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the Acropolis. From start to finish we had a fantastic stay. We arrived on a late flight and the owner had a great welcome for us he even gave us an upgrade to a larger room for the 1st two nights. Not that we needed a larger room as the room we had originally booked was very big anyway. The decor throughout is very stylish like something from a glossy magazine. The rooftop veranda perfect for viewing the sunrise balloon flights nearby. The breakfast selection was huge. I really loved the atmosphere here it had a warmth about it mainly from the owner and his staff. We felt very comfortable and relaxed and I was sad to leave. I would return here at the drop of a hat and definitely recommend it to anyone thinking of staying in Urgup.
