It was perfect for my husband and me, but it would not be suitable for business travelers requiring reliable, high-speed WiFi or for disabled travelers who would struggle with stairways.

Beautiful victorian house. The breakfast was delicious both days! Pat was a wonderful host - friendly and welcoming. The location was excellent for seeing Old Louisville and eating at a top rated restaurant 610 Magnolia which was in walking distance. There are also shows and tours at the central park, also only a couple blocks away.

This inn is remarkable. Beautifully decorated in a wonderful street in old Louisville. The breakfast served is outstanding. The innkeeper is friendly and informative. The inn is located very near several local attractions and some good restaurants.

You could even walk to Churchill Downs but it's about a mile and a half on a busy street so I drove. There was some Airline noise but not enough to disrupt the serenity of the home I highly recommend the Inn at St James. The owner does have dogs that are very friendly. there is off-street parking which is a real plus. It's less than a block to beautiful Park where they offer guided walking tours which I highly recommend there is a charge of $25 to do that but the history in this area is beautiful and worth knowing. Call way in advance because it is a prime location if want to visit Churchill Downs and it's about an hour and a half drive to go to the Creation Museum and Noah's Ark which are also worth visiting.

Excellent Bed and Breakfast. Absolutely beautiful, exceptionally clean and private. The owner Pat was personable, kind and friendly. Her trust and commitment to "doing the best for you" was obvious. Breakfast was outstanding and just sitting with casual conversation, it as clear that she cared about you. My daughter and I were there for a mother daughter weekend. I'd go back there in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for recommending Inn at St James Court.

This is a very unique property in Historic Louisville on one of the very best streets. The owner was very kind and the service was excellent. We would definitely stay here again when returning to Louisville.

Beautiful home on a beautiful street. Pat thought of everything. Coffee maker, candy and cookies, offered info on local restaurants and made us a lovely breakfast. We loved her doggies, too. You won’t be disappointed staying at the Inn at St. James Court.

Valet parking was about +20 minutes behind. Restaurant was 20 minutes behind as well. Very busy.
