I will be disputing this charge on my credit card as we did not stay and had to book another hotel. AC didn’t work and were totally rude and didn’t not care. Not paying $1000 Euro for a hotel room with no AC

Everything is first tate from the quiet front room to the staff who are young, enthusiastic and attentive. This is not a bargain priced hotel BUT it is a bargain for the price.

This was simply the most exceptional hotel stay we’ve ever experienced. Our rooms were exquisite, and so luxurious. The service was unparalleled. The food was amazing. I had such high hopes for our time in Paris, and it was better than I could have ever hoped.

This hotel is just fantastic, and made for a perfect stay in Paris. Exceptionally kept property, friendly staff, and adjoined with a Michelin star restaurant which was our best meal in the City.

My wife and I stayed in this quite excellent boutique hotel in a great location. Staff couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. Restaurant was top notch for breakfast with great Italian dinner fare. While a great value relative to other 5 star hotels, only slight negative was that the room could have used a bit of updating, but we would definitely stay again and may do so on our next trip.

The room and view were beautiful. From our terrace, we could see the Eiffel Tower. The staff was helpful and left me a surprise birthday pastry when we returned from shopping and museum visits. They made us feel very special.

Service was very good. Breakfast was good. The room had a broken shower head attachment and a blocked rain shower attachment. So I could only use the bath. Everything else was fine. Great location

Beautiful hotel very clean and wonderfully presented. Only criticism there was only one English tv channel which was a news channel on a loop . However , facilities in the room were excellent and staff first class !! This hotel is a must for a stay in Paris !

I would love access to an Iron instead of a steamer, as it was on the weak side. Can't wait to return to this charming Hotel. We actually were staying at Le Bristol and checked out early, so glad we did this, the hotel honestly has no fualts

Amazing location. Lovely, attentive staff. Beautiful room. Great view of the Eiffel Tower from the room. Very, very clean. Excellent restaurant on site. Such a luxurious experience! Hope to come back someday.

Staff are really friendly and helpful. 5 star treatment for sure. Room very good size. Our view was great. Breakfast was excellent and included. It’s worth every dollar that you pay. Will definitely stay there again.
